In 2002, Kirsten inherited a 3-23 team and since then has led Creighton Volleyball to an unprecedented run of success—winning 8 consecutive Big East titles and reaching the NCAA tournament in 11 of the last 12 seasons. Andrew and Kirsten explore the plan she put in place as a young leader when she took over the program at the age of 27 and how she built Creighton Volleyball into the powerhouse program it is today.
