Jesus was born in Bethlehem in a manger. The shepherds came to worship him. The angels sang, and the wise men came with gifts. And that’s fine! But our kids don't know their Bibles and all the awesome details about the Christmas story that started thousands of years BEFORE THE BIRTH OF JESUS!
The tragedy is we never get around to telling our kids about them because we think its just too far over their heads!!! Well, it’s not over their heads. Your children can understand the deeper things of Gods word when we use simple language and break things down to their level.
