Patrick Brennan didn’t have a transition strategy. He simply knew that it was time to “Cut away” from the security and comfort of a Special Forces career, and pray like hell that he’d figure it out. Lucky for us, he did.
Working within Special Forces is a dream come true, but when it’s time to leave many individuals struggle with letting go of the comfort that comes with staying stagnant and refusing to do the hard work of personal growth and discovery.
Patrick jumped head first into his transition. Stumbling at first with jobs and positions that weren’t quite right. Ultimately, through his hard work and determination Patrick found his way and his purpose in his current position working in finance
