Burnout is not a new phenomenon. We have been suffering with its symptoms for a long time. Sadly, many of us are employing the wrong tactics and methods in our fight to put the fire out. Rather than searching for a new time management tool or fancy scheduling app we need to make more time to simply check in with ourselves and place the rest of the world on hold.
