Today on Renovating Australia we sit down with Simone Mathews who you may know from Soul Home, Soul of Gerringong, The Pause or her incredible interior design projects.
Simone is a woman of many talents, she's a qualified interior designer, building professional, the creator of Soul Home and Australia’s holiday property expert.
Soul of Gerringong was Simone and husband Ben’s first holiday home project, after launch they quickly amassed a huge social following and booked out 12 months in advance.
We chat with Simone about creating a holiday property, how to decide if it’s the right move for you and what it was like filming her first mini series and working with brands whilst completing the build.
Simone also gives us a sneak peek into their latest project ‘The Maybe Forever’ and some other incredibly exciting projects that are coming up in 2021.
