Hello! Welcome to Therapy Talks. I'm Chris and I'm a psychotherapist. This is my first episode introducing you to what the series will be about. I will be chatting to different guests in each episode about all things related to the world of therapy. Together with my guests, I will explore what therapy is to them, from talk therapy to running up mountains. I will chat to people about their different experiences and challenges and will also meet therapists and researchers to find out about the approaches that they use. Along the way, there will be lots of laughs as well.
