I am joined by the very inspiring Sophie Grace Holmes.
Sophie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 4 months old and doctors didn't believe she'd live to see her 16th birthday. Fast forward and she's now competing in Ultra Endurance events and climbing to the summit of Mont Blanc.
