A conversation with Sue S. Chan. Sue is the founder of Care of Chan, a food culture agency, specializing in creative brand marketing, talent representation and event production. Named one of Observer’s “Most Powerful Restaurant PR Firms” in 2018 and 2019, Care of Chan has worked with a wide range of clients both in and outside of food. Prior to founding Care of Chan in 2016, Sue was the Brand Director of Momofuku for seven years.
