I'm back again after another needed break. This episode follows on from the last, 'It's ok not to be ok: Listen when your struggling' and brings you up to date with how I was feeling even days after recording that episode. Hopefully this episode can provide you with some greater life context of how a bad day doesn't mean a bad life and even if it has been a bad day/week/month/year, your mood and circumstances can change when you least expect them to. To get through anything you have to go through it, and I think that actually the beauty of life is experiencing a range of emotions, good and bad. I discuss what helped me whilst going through another low period and what is currently helping me now to maintain some form of mental stability.
