This episode focuses on the process of seeking help when you are struggling in 5 steps:
1) Recognise there is a problem;
2) Talk to someone;
3) Consider your options;
4) Trial your choice and;
5) Maintenance.
The episode explains that the steps work in a cycle, not a straight line, and I use my own experience of what I am currently going through and where I currently am in the 5 steps to show the reality of struggling with your mental health.
