John Warren
John Warren is the managing broker at Forte Properties, which is an investor focused brokerage in the Chicago area. He has been a licensed realtor for seven years, and the team leader of the Forte Team for two years. His success in this business can be attributed both to his experience working with both buyers and sellers, and also his experience building an investment portfolio of 154 apartments. John's buyers and sellers repeatedly refer him to other friends and family which leads to long term relationships and repeat referral business.
John is also an active buy and hold investor with a growing portfolio of properties. He is the CEO of Forte Properties, Inc which owns and manages 154 apartment units in the Chicagoland area.

Jacqueline Coombs
Jacqueline Coombs is a real estate investor, entrepreneur and artist based in Grand Rapids, MI. After being a stay-at-home mom for almost a decade, Jacqueline wanted to create financial and time freedom for herself and for her family. She set out to educate herself on real estate investing and wealth creation and in 2016 created Red Trillium Properties, LLC. Since then, she has been buying rental properties, flipping homes and more recently investing in apartments as a Limited Partner.
Jacqueline continues to study finance and real estate investment strategy and attends many workshops and conferences. She aspires to doing apartment deals as a General Partner. She currently owns and manages a portfolio of single family rentals in Grand Rapids, MI and has ownership interest as an LP in 535 apartment units in Houston, TX.
