Kaitlyn Nortz
Former college and professional volleyball player turned sales professional. Love to run, cycle and play tennis!  Currently living in the CHI tundra but from CBUS Ohio. I fell into real estate as a mentor suggested I turn my primary residence into a rental. Then proceeded to get my broker license in IL, join my condo board which is going through a sale (27mil), and LP in a 72 unit. Now looking to move into the GP space, while still LP'ing and maybe doing some VC investing as well!
