Kimberly McCall
Kimberly McCall is the co-founder of ProSixteenThree Home Solutions, a home renovation and reposition company. As the Operational Manager of Pro16:3, Kimberly’s responsibilities included project planning, acquisitions, and financial management. She worked aggressively to identify potential investment opportunities with great value-adds. After renovating and selling residential single-family houses for over three years, Kimberly decided to move into Commercial Real Estate. Co-founding yet another company, Multifamily Value Partners, focuses on Multifamily housing. In order to broaden her knowledge and skills on Commercial Real Estate, Kimberly knew that education and mentoring were key. Therefore, she invested in herself and aligned with some of the most experienced and established investors in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
