Dustin Miles
Dustin Miles has been an entrepreneur his entire life. He started in real estate with 6 flips/rentals before cashing out and jumping into his first multifamily in 2012. To date, he has syndicated 11 deals and gone full cycle on 7. Dustin has closed on over $125MM in assets, with close to a decade of multifamily operational experience. Dustin has purchased and operated over $125M in assets, spanning close to a decade of experience. He has owned and operated A, B & C class assets and gone full cycle on 7 projects with an average equity multiple of 2.10X and an average hold period of 3.2 years.

Jason Velie
Jason is a 28 year old real estate investor, native to Wilmington, North Carolina. While he has a full-time career in Finance as an Institutional Trust Officer, he has also been investing in real estate for almost 2 years. He has flipped a handful of houses, owned a couple rents, and just recently acquired his first multi-family property, an 8-Plex near his hometown. He aspires to starting finding and syndicating larger multi-family properties in the near future. When not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 (soon to be 4) kids and playing the drums for his church.
