Speaker 1:

Welcome to the Rochelle Christiane podcast, formerly the Emotional Mastery podcast. I'm Rochelle, your host. I'm here to help you come back to your body, take charge of your emotions and live life on your terms. This podcast is a space for raw, real conversations about what it means to trust yourself, lean into your power and create a life that feels aligned and alive. We'll explore human design, astrology and other tools to help you understand your unique energy. More importantly, though, we're going to talk about what it means to actually live and embody these aspects. So each week, I'm going to share stories, lessons, guidance to help you navigate life's challenges and really own your magic. So if you're ready to step up, take control and show up as the most authentic version of you, let's begin. Welcome back to another episode on the podcast Today. I have so much to say, so we're going to try and get through all of this in a reasonable amount of time. We'll see. So this episode is coming out July 24th, which is the new moon in Leo. Now, there is so much to say about this moon, and I'm going to get into that in a little bit. I just also want to talk a little bit about what I'm learning through this manifestation process.

Speaker 1:

About three weeks ago, I decided I was going all in. I mean, why not Kind of like rock bottom place? I'm going all in. I'm meditating two to three times a day. I'm working on my body, I'm focusing on my mindset. I'm doing things at night. I'm literally only listening to music while I work out at the gym. Otherwise, I'm listening to Neville Goddard. I'm listening to just like really inspiring things that are reminding me of the place that I want to go. I'm continually asking myself what would the version of myself that I'm calling in, what would she do? How would she show up? How would she walk, how would she hold herself? What would she do in this moment? What actions would she take? So I'm really doing like I said, I'm going all in on this, and one thing that has been very loud to me over the last I don't know, like week or so, probably more than that, but what's really coming through is that I feel like the thing, the piece that we don't talk a lot about in the manifestation world is discipline, and in human design I have four right-facing arrows. I only have one left-facing arrow and that arrow is my bottom right arrow. So that's just like the way the lens, my perspective right, it's how I view life, it's my manifestation. Style is left facing, so it's like active, it's being very specific, and so I'm a 6'3", I'm an MG, so my life has been very fluid. There are a lot of places I'm just kind of a little duality, I'm a juxtaposition, I'm just sort of both and in how I operate. But discipline has always been really challenging for me. I have my unconscious son in gate 30. And basically what all of this means is a roundabout way of me saying that discipline for me has been harder in the past to do.

Speaker 1:

So I love food, I love to eat. I am plant-based I have been for 15 years. I'm very health conscious, so I try and do the best that I can. But I also like to eat, and so I've always kind of worked to find a way to marry the two, where I'm eating food that lights me up, that excites me, while also focusing on my health and focusing on feeling good in my body and all of those things.

Speaker 1:

But meditation has always been really challenging for me. I've always kind of gone all in for a little bit and then dipped out of it. Alcohol also been up and down with for years, and so for three weeks now, like I said, I've just been going all in. I'm not drinking, I'm being very mindful about what I'm eating, I'm moving my body every single day, I'm meditating two to three times a day. Again, I'm just being very intentional and, although my outer reality is catching up to it, I just feel this excitement and this love for life and this love for myself and this gratitude for, just like me, in this body, experiencing this life and all the things that come with it, and it's dramatically shifting my perspective. And that discipline that's required to get there feels actually really empowering and really good.

Speaker 1:

And I'm not saying you have to be disciplined in in like not have fun. That's, I think, a misperception and misconception. But it's like if you can be disciplined, like 80 to 90 percent of the time, and then that 10 to 20 percent, you know the 80 20 rule. Right where you let loose, you have fun, you do all the things, but like having so much awareness where, like, for me, feeling good has always been a priority in my journey. Feeling good has always been a priority in my journey. Feeling good has always been a priority, and so that's why I stopped drinking for a while. I stopped drinking for a year and then I'll do it for three months here and there, a month here and there.

Speaker 1:

This time again, it just feels I feel so good. I always forget how good I feel when I'm sober and because, again, like feeling good as a priority and even like a couple of drinks I just feel off the next day. I can feel it in my system. So, just being very intentional about, like, before I do something, do I do it. You know, am I doing it with the intention to just feel good, if that makes sense, or am I doing it because I feel like I have to or whatever? But like that discipline of like okay, I'm not going to drink today, and like sticking with it and the way that I kind of trickle my mind sometimes is like it doesn't mean that I'm not going to do it ever again. It's just like today, right, tomorrow we'll reassess, we'll see what we feel and chances are by tomorrow if I commit to doing it tomorrow. But it's like keeping those commitments with yourself and being disciplined with yourself.

Speaker 1:

Like there have been mornings where I wake up, where I'm like I always talk about. Getting up in the morning is always so difficult. I have like multiple alarms, I snooze, I'm in bed to the last, very last minute and so lately, you know for no reason, in when I was in Colorado, I was just waking up early and I was like, wow, this actually feels really good Like getting up early, and I was going outside and I was journaling and I was meditating all of this before like 8am and I was like, whoa, this is something and so. But the key was to shift my mindset, that internal narrative, from oh my gosh, I have to get up early. I wish I could just sleep an extra hour to when that alarm goes off.

Speaker 1:

You're like, no, I get to get up early, I get to meditate, I get to set my day up in a way that supports me and I feel so good, right, and so I'm just gonna continue sharing as I go along this journey of like what's happening and being setting a lot of boundaries, you know, with myself and others, because this is an area I've really, really struggled with in my past is setting boundaries. I've traditionally been codependent, people pleasing, and so just like honoring that part of myself of like no, this doesn't feel good for me, I'm not gonna do this anymore. Or, more specifically and more importantly, coming into my emotional authority and taking the pause right before I make a decision, before I make an action, to really honor, like who I am and what I actually want. Like is this action aligned with that higher version of self, continually checking in with her and being like, okay, if somebody I mean even in romantic relationships, because that's always like my biggest challenge where it's like if I'm, if somebody wants to come over and my people-pleasing side is like wants to say yes, and then that you know, desire, the urge, the whatever, that whatever we want to call it side of me is like, yes, I would love to have you over. But then, like, checking in with myself, be like, okay, how am I actually going to feel tomorrow? What? What would my higher self do? Would she allow this or would she ask for more? Because that's what she actually wants. And so honoring that part of myself which is really challenging, really challenging, especially when you've traditionally just like abandon yourself in that way. So that's sort of like the little catch up on where I'm at in my manifestation process and, like I said, I'm going to be sharing more about that as I go. My sixth line is just like really feeling called to share.

Speaker 1:

If you want to join me on the journey, you can join your sacred unraveling, which is a telegram membership group where we're going through the gene keys, where every single month is a new theme. So we're going being heart open and heart led and feeling safe in our body this month. The next month is Virgo, so we're really going to look at our, our routines and habits in our health, like what's supporting us, what's not Libra balance, right, aesthetics, like all the things. So, anyway, so it's going to be an ongoing astrological, human design based space where you can come and, kind of like, join us in there. We're going through the gene or the Venus sequence currently, because the Venus sequence is all about opening your heart and coming into yourself and doing that inner work. Whether you're in partnership or not, there are different ways that we can do the work and we are talking all about that inside the membership. So, again, the link is in the show notes. You can join us over there.

Speaker 1:

Holistic Human Design Academy next live round begins August 4th. So this is really coming into yourself, learning the foundation of your design, your astrology, and then we build upon that through the nine modules. We talk about energetics. We talk about the emotional solar plexus, we talk about emotions. We talk about safety regulation, nervous system regulation. We talk about manifestation, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and then finally we end with the gene keys and then every single week we have a live call where we really tap into somatic practices to anchor this into your body. So this is such a powerful space. I run this program a couple times a year. So if you want to join, the link for that is also down in the show notes.

Speaker 1:

Let's move on to the new moon, because this is like the thing today. So this new moon is happening at Leo, at two degrees of Leo. Leo is the heart, right. Leo rules the heart. It also rules the spine. So we think about the heart and the spine. These are like life giving parts of our body. We cannot survive without the heart and we cannot survive without the spine right, the spine does so much for our nervous system, it does so much for our, you know, setting. It's just. The spine is so important. I'm not a doctor, but the spine is incredibly important. The sun rules Leo. When we think of the sun, it's warm. Again, it's life-giving. It shines on everything. It literally is the source of life. If we do not have the sun, there is no life, and so Leo is so important.

Speaker 1:

Leo is dramatic, leo is the actor. Leo likes to be seen. It gets a bad reputation for being the center of attention and all those things, but in its highest expression, like, yes, it is on stage because, just because it shines so brightly, people are naturally going to look at it. So, finding your chart, where Leo is, what house it rules, if there's any planets there, all that stuff. There is so much going on with this moon.

Speaker 1:

So we currently right now as I'm recording this, which is Wednesday, which we're still going to be in the energy of during the new moon we have Mars conjunct the south node. So this is really asking us, like looking at our routines or habits or health, like what's actually not supporting us. What do we? What do we? Where do we find comfort, and but where do we need to change? What's just like making us feel sticky or frustrated, that's like not working for us anymore. And it's also square to venus, and so this is always a push-pull dynamic. This could be mixed signals between the masculine, the feminine, between wanting to flow and wanting to organize and structure and like move. And so this energy is happening currently as we speak, and then tomorrow, I think it's 2's 2.11 pm, central Standard Time at two degrees of Leo, we have this new moon Now the new moon in itself.

Speaker 1:

You know, the sun and the moon are conjunct in the sky. The new moon is manifestations, it's intention setting. We can't see the new, we can't see the moon in the sky when we're in a new moon energy. So it's like we're planting those seeds. We can't quite see what's come from it, but we're tending to the unseen, right, we're tending to the shadows and not the shadows, and like we're going to feel shadowy. But just like. It's like that analogy of you know, when the seed is planted, we can't see it, right, we have to water it, we have to tend to it, even though we can't see what's underneath the ground, and then eventually it's going to sprout and then we're going to start to see, you know, the fruits of our labor, the flowers, the buds of whatever that is that we planted.

Speaker 1:

But the sun and the moon are opposite Pluto. Pluto is at two degrees, so this is a very, very close opposition. And so Pluto is power, control, intensity. Pluto is like this energy where it's just sort of like. It's like this little pressure cooker where it just puts pressure on the things that are not serving you and so, slowly over time, you can't help but ignore it. And so, as we have this opposition, it's like where are you not being your authentic self? Where are you outsourcing to other people? Where are you operating out of your conditioning versus actually operating out of your heart? Where do you feel maybe controlled, or where are you controlling situations? Right, this is very intense energy and can be intense energy, and it could be really uncomfortable because it's going to show you things that need to fall away, that we need to let go, that we need to release. Simultaneously, the moon is also trying to Saturn and Neptune. Pluto is also retrograde and Saturn and Neptune are also retrograde. So the and the moon is also trying to Saturn and Neptune that are retrograde. In conjunction they're very, very close One degree off in Aries.

Speaker 1:

Aries is I am. Aries is another fire sign, and so this is a lot to do with. Like it's really calling us to slow down. It's really asking us who we are. Do we even have clarity on who we are right now? Can we see clearly what is not again like what's not serving us? What do we need to release? Like? Where are we barging ahead? Where we really need to like pause? Mercury is also retrograde in Leo. It's not conjunct to the moon at all, but it is retrograde in Leo. And Mercury retrograde again, it's asking us to slow down. Right, fire is a fast energy but with so many retrogrades in fire science, again we're being asked to slow down, to reflect, to revise, to revisit, to review, right, like all of these things, we're looking to see what we want to bring with us in the future and when we want to leave behind. Who are we?

Speaker 1:

It's like I just feel, like so many people right now, myself included. It's like I cannot be that version of myself that other people expect of me anymore, like I have to be authentic. It's like I cannot be that version of myself that other people expect of me anymore, like I have to be authentic. And I think it was Brene Brown that said the most magnetic and the most powerful energy you can embody is authenticity. It's even more powerful than love when you are so authentic to who you are, regardless. And I think this is very Aquarius energy to like Aquarius is the rebel and I think it's the rebel, because A it's been like so embedded in the system that when it comes back out and just is its own quirky, authentic, weird self, that in itself is an act of rebellion, right? So being authentically yourself, in whatever way that means for you, is an act of rebellion. And so we're really asked right now can we be authentic? Can we come into who we are? Can we shed the layers of ourself that are no longer serving us?

Speaker 1:

It's also in a sextile to Uranus, at zero degrees of Gemini. So this is really fast thinking. This is the nervous system, this is shock, this is unpredictability, this is quick decisions that we're making. And again, mercury is the ruler of Gemini and so Mercury is retrograde. So it's like we may want to express, we may want to express really quickly, we may want we're thinking really quickly. Maybe even our thoughts are like kind of have that anxious energy because that's just Uranus, right. But it's like again, how can we slow down? How can we embody the pause? How can we wait? And Leo is also like this Leo is expression, it's creativity. Leo and the sun rule the fifth house, which is play children, dating, creativity. And so it's like how can we tend to our own inner child and the inner child of others. Right, this is children, but it's also our own inner children. How can we open our hearts? How can we feel safe? This is key, right. We cannot operate from an open heart if we do not feel safe. Right, like when you're triggered, when or when you're in a situation that doesn't feel safe. We close our hearts, right. But how can we open it? How can we know that we're safe and open our heart? That's really what this is asking us.

Speaker 1:

I was on a new moon call with Jana Romer and she was talking about this idea of, like you know, feeling the collective grief, because it is there. It's like I don't watch the news, but you can't ignore what. There's so much going on in the world and there's so many people that are feeling fear and lack and sadness and grief, and we can't ignore that these things are happening. Right? And when I pulled a card for the new moon energy the first card that came out was five of cups. And five of cups, you know, cups is water. Energy it's emotions, it's being in that area, it's being with the water, it's being with the flow, it's being with that. And five is contraction. It's a more challenging card and it is asking us to honor and feel and be with the grief. Don't bypass it, don't skip over it, you know, and Leo is asking us like, can we sit with that and can we express that and can we be with it? Because it is very real and it's very happening and it is happening.

Speaker 1:

Another thing that I just the last thing I want to mention before we move on to August transits with this new moon, is that I've been reading Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza. If you haven't read the book, I'll leave a link in the show notes that you can go get it, because this book will literally change your life if you do the work and if you allow it to and if you show up in it. But he talks about meditation and the frequency and the energy of love and how love is so powerful. Love is more powerful than fear or hate or lack or any of those low vibrational energies. And he talks about how they've done studies of countries like war-torn countries, countries that are really struggling, and they've taken studies of countries like war-torn countries, countries that are really struggling, and they've taken groups of people and done like 30-day meditations I think it was Israel in the 70s. I could be mistaken on that, but I believe that was the place and so they did a 30-day meditation experiment and the days when the most people were there actively meditating, the crime rate lowered by 72%, 72, like that is so much. It's not just like 10%, this is huge. There was also another one in the US, I think it was like Chicago or St Louis or something, where they had like a bunch of monks meditating and again the crime rate drastically lowered by something around the same, like 70%. So we know the power of love and the frequency and being in that open-hearted space is so powerful. And so it's like, with this new moon, can you simultaneously honor what's happening, but come into your heart and open your heart and, just like, share that with the world.

Speaker 1:

I used to do Pranic Healing Meditations. On Instagram there is I can't remember his name, I'll link it below, but he does daily blessing the world meditations and that's all it is. It's just going there with, you know, hundreds of people. Whoever shows up for the live, it's usually like hundreds of people and we're all blessing the world at the same time. Like that is so powerful and you don't think that it is, but it is so, so powerful.

Speaker 1:

So, with this new moon, I just like urge you maybe to do something like that Spend five minutes in meditation, open your heart, really feel that frequency Cause not only is that good for the world, but again like going back to manifestation. This is like what manifestation is? It's being in that feeling. Like how do I want to feel, how do I feel to be free? What does it feel like to be abundant? What does it feel like to be in a loving relationship? What does it feel like to have the dream career? Like if we can bring in the feeling, if we can call it in before it actually is, because if you want anything, it's somewhere out there in the quantum and when we're bringing in the emotion and the feeling, bringing ourself into that space before the thing actually manifests, which makes it easier to manifest into your life. So that's the new moon, that's all the energy that's happening. Now let's dive a little bit into August and see what's going on astrologically in August. Okay, let's take a deep breath, let's reset. I'm just like feeling so excited, I guess, about this new moon because you know I'm a Leo moon and Leo rising, so this is hugely impactful for me as my first house, my ascendant, all the things, and I love Leo energy. So I'm going to try and do this chronologically but I may bounce all over the place a little bit, okay, so we're starting out August 1st.

Speaker 1:

Venus in Cancer is going to be square to Saturn in Aries. So you know, venus's relationships is asking for boundaries, structure in relationships in Aries. Right, aries is fire, it wants to move forward, it's big, it's bold, it's all these things. But Saturn, like, is asking Aries, this Aries energy, to like sort of slow down a little bit. Right, especially in retrograde. It's like what boundaries do I need to set with myself and others? Because this is in, you know, venus's relationships, its morals, its values. So this energy, this sort of like tension, might be coming up in the beginning of august around our relationships, like what's working, what's not, how can, how are you being expressive? How are you being yourself? Are you being authentic in your relationships? And if not, why do you need to set a boundary? Do you need to release a relationship so that you can be more authentic? Like? These sorts of questions are coming up. And it's also gonna be squared at Neptune, because they're conjunct and they will be exactly at one degrees. Both of them are at one degrees during this time and so, again, with Neptune being retrograde, we might be feeling a little confused around this theme, right where it's like we want to set boundaries, we want to be more authentic. We know something doesn't quite feel right, but maybe we can't exactly see what it is yet in a relationship. So just like slowing down if you feel a little bit of tension in your relationships, journal on it, meditate on it, whatever it is, and just like kind of honor where you're at in that process.

Speaker 1:

On the eighth we have, oh sorry. On the sixth, mars moves into libra. Mars does not like to be in libra mars. Mars rules Aries and so it's in its fall, it doesn't like to be in Libra. Right, mars is quick, it's assertive, it's aggressive, it's like bold and it's sort of the immature expression of our energy. And Libra is balance, harmony, peace, justice, like Libra is sort of a little bit more refined of an energy. Right, libra is ruled by Venus and so this might feel a little sticky, a little bit uncomfortable. Mars, you know, could be more passive, aggressive here, because Libra is, you know, can be a little people-pleasing, because it doesn't want the confrontation because it wants to keep the balance and all those things. As Mars moves into Libra, it's also going to be trying Uranus, so this is going to be bringing some unpredictability. So all of you Libra energy out there, this could be feeling a little bit uncomfortable.

Speaker 1:

Right, uranus and Gemini. It's like quick thinking, it's expressive, it's communication, it's kind of like pushing us towards. That can be a little bit like anxious in our mind, but this is really like the overall theme of Uranus and Gemini is like we are transforming the way that we're thinking about things. So Mars, putting a little bit of pressure on there, maybe a little frustration, it's like ah, like wanting to like express or wanting to like think about things a certain way, or getting caught in old patterns or whatever it is, could be something that comes out of that. During this time. It's also going to be opposite Saturn and this can be a little challenging as well.

Speaker 1:

Right, mars again is action. Mars rules Aries and with Saturn there, saturn is kind of just like the slower moving coming inside, setting boundaries. But of course, with anything, especially with Libra ruling Venus, you know our relationships are our biggest mirrors in life, right and so, and this is happening. I think I said it, this is all happening on the 8th. So relationships are our biggest mirrors in life and we hold karma in our relationships. So people that come in the themes that we face in relationships we will. They're there for us to move and to release our karma. So as you do the work and as you progress and as you raise your consciousness and as you kind of step into your new timeline, relationships are naturally going to fall away. It doesn't have to be a big explosive thing, but they're naturally going to fall away and so that's sort of like what could be happening with this too. Mars is wanting us maybe to like push and move and take action around that, just like what relationships are falling away, what's not working, and that's the thing with like manifestation work too. As you're like moving into this new timeline, you'll notice relationships that maybe quietly, maybe not so quietly or just kind of like falling away. The work is being done right, like Saturn is karma, and so that could be happening with that.

Speaker 1:

On the ninth we have the full moon in Aquarius. It is not really like you know, other than the other things that are going on, there's not exactly too much that I see briefly here, looking, that's happening exactly with the moon. But full moons are times of illumination. This is when we can see the moon in the sky. 16 degrees of Aquarius, it's in gate 13, which is the gate of the listener, and you know, again, aquarius is rebellion, it's authenticity, it's the collective, it's technology and, of course, pluto is here. So it's like all of these themes might be coming up around this time.

Speaker 1:

We also have, during this full moon, again, mars. Well, mars is opposite Saturn and Neptune, but it's directly opposite Neptune. So this is bringing a little bit of confusion to us. And then the ruler of Aquarius is Uranus. So Uranus is I believe we'll have moved in at one degree, so it's kind of moved out of that zero degree point, but it is still early early degrees of Gemini. So again, this is asking us, this is transforming the way that we're thinking, the way that we're communicating, the way that we're expressing, the way that we see things, because we know the way that we think about things is the way that we see things, and so this is huge for this we have on. Let's see what's next.

Speaker 1:

Mars is going to be trying to Pluto in Aquarius on the 10th and you know this is more supportive, but Mars and Pluto are sort of the higher and lower expression of each other and it just makes it to be a little bit more intense when we have an aspect between Mars and Pluto. On the 11th, mercury stations direct and so we might have a little bit of a reprieve in Leo where we can kind of like move a little bit more quickly. It's at four degrees. So just check what you have on and around four degrees we can look back again around the new moon. So the new moon was at two degrees just to see, like what themes were coming up. So like, as you're listening to this, notice what's coming up, because those themes might be revisited when Mercury stations direct at four degrees of Leo, that is, on the 11th.

Speaker 1:

On the 12th we have Venus conjunct, jupiter in Cancer, and so you know Jupiter in Cancer is really expanding on this inner work, working with our emotions, coming inside, doing this sort of like it could be inner child reparenting work, because you know Cancer is the archetype of the mother, and so Jupiter and Venus in conjunction is a really beautiful conjunction, especially around our relationships, right, like coming into the home, coming into the self, working with our ancestors doing like in our home life, like what's working, this is expanding on it. So this is a really beautiful conjunction and just notice what comes up during this time. It's again a really great time to be coming inside to doing the work, especially around again, like, first of all, check where cancer is in your chart. For me it's my 12th house, so this is all the subconscious work. So as this comes up like, I will be diving into the work around the subconscious patterning that I can reprogram around my relationships, like surrendering to it and just like allowing myself to be in it, so checking your chart where cancer is, and that's the sort of work that you can really really dive into with this conjunction.

Speaker 1:

On, let's see. On the, what am I missing the 14th? No, let's go to the 22nd. The sun moves into Virgo. Virgo is this energy of like? So okay, moves into Virgo. Virgo is this energy of like. So okay, leo is really expressive and it's creative and it's, you know, the inner child work. And then we come into Virgo. Virgo is deeply in service to others, right? Virgo rules the gut. So this is really that mind-gut, that brain-gut connection.

Speaker 1:

But Virgo is about perfecting the self so that we can move into Libra, into our relationships. As you know, there is no such thing as perfection, but as a more perfected, more um, a higher version of ourselves to enter into our relationships. This is all about our health, our daily routine. So what routines are supporting you? What routines are not supporting you? What do you need to let go of? These are sort of the themes that might be highlighted during the sun in Virgo. So really check your chart to see what house that's in, because that's exactly, or that's more so, how it's going to be impacting you. And that's happening on the 22nd.

Speaker 1:

On the 23rd, we have our new moon, our new moon in Virgo. This is happening in gate 59. Gate 59 is the gate of sexuality. This is part of the channel of intimacy, so this is all about, like your relationships. This is in the sacral, so it is sex. It is fertility, right, and Virgo is represented by the Virgin, right. This is fertility. It's like we've planted the seed and now we're starting to sow it and it's very fertile, right, and so that's kind of the energy that's coming out. Of course, it doesn't have to mean like you're going to be getting pregnant or like anything specifically related to that, but like, again, leo is creativity. So what are we birthing, what's coming to fruition, like what is ripe for us to bring out into the world, and like how can we tweak it, how can we perfect it, how can we see what's supporting that, what's not supporting that? Again, so the whole point is that then we move into Libra, we're a more perfected version of ourselves to show up in our relationships.

Speaker 1:

That's sort of the work again that we'll be seeing during this time and the new moon in gate 59, it's going to be square to Uranus and so that, of course, will always bring unpredictability, shock in our nervous system. Again, because Virgo rules the gut, uranus is the electrical impulses in the body. So it's like are we feeling anxious? How can we calm our nervous system? So really, really, really doing the nervous system work to know that we're safe in our body, to come into our body, to be with our body, focus on your gut health right. Notice the thoughts that are happening, activate that vagus nerve, like all the things that you can do to regulate your nervous system, because Uranus is going to want to be activating it a little bit right during this time, is going to want to be activating it a little bit right during this time. So that's on the 23rd. On the 24th, we have the Sun square to Uranus, so kind of the same energy, right? New moons are when the Sun and the Moon are conjunct, but the Sun is going to be directly conjunct to Uranus the next day, so we'll still be within that energy and regardless during any full or new moon energy, we're in the energy for like three days before and three days after. So just being aware of that.

Speaker 1:

And then the 25th, venus moves into Leo. I love when Venus moves into Leo, of course, leo moon and Leo rising. I love when Venus moves through my first house, literally in 2023, when Venus was retrograde in Leo, like relationship wise, that was crazy, so crazy for me and so, but like even more than that. You know venus is morals, values, relationships, aesthetics, and so, again, look, looking and knowing where leo is in your house. We've been doing this leo work for a little while, especially as I'm recording this now. Um, on, you know, in july this will be like a full month of us being in this leo energy, with the sun and leo, and then you know, things moving into leo. So, venus and le, again, it's creative, expressive, looking at our relationships. Where are you expressing yourself? Where are you coming from the heart? Moving through the Venus sequence in the gene keys could be helpful for this too. Right, because we're undoing, we're coming back, we're understanding our patterning and being heart led and opening ourselves up to our relationships. So that could be sort of the themes that are coming up. When Venus moves through Leo On the 25th also, mercury moves out of its shadow phase.

Speaker 1:

So all the themes you know will have had that time to kind of reflect, revise, revisit all that stuff and Mercury will be getting some forward motion. And you know, actually I don't even see. Maybe it was last month when Mercury and the sun were conjunct, because I don't even see it on here. Actually, let me take a peek and see when we're having our Kazemi, our sun. Okay, so it was July 31st, so I talked about that last month, but July 1st.

Speaker 1:

So, but since this is coming out on July 24th, just notice, july 31st is our sun, mercury Kazemi, which is a part of the Mercury retrograde cycle, and this is a time where we might be getting a little bit more clarity. And on the 27th we have Venus opposite Pluto in Aquarius, and so anytime Pluto and Venus are in a hard conjunction, or a hard aspect like this. It just brings up intensity. It's like obsessive love, it's like passionate, it's intense, it's like where are we trying to control the situation? And so just like kind of being aware that that may be something that's coming up during that time, but those are like the biggest things that are happening in August. I don't think I've missed anything, but yeah, it's gonna be big.

Speaker 1:

You know, july, especially right now as I'm recording this July is so big, there's so much energy, there's so much going on. So, you know, even with like all the manifestation work, I think the most important thing is to regulate your nervous system, because we can't do the work from a dysregulated nervous system. We can't do the work if we're not feeling safe. Once you do the work, then really getting clarity, bringing in the emotion, like having that higher vision, like bringing that in consistently through your day, and then you know the reprogramming and all those things, but like doing the nervous system work is so, so powerful. So, especially if anything's coming up with this new moon or as we navigate more into August, continuing to come inside and do that work, and that's again where that discipline comes in.

Speaker 1:

So, meditation, like I said, I like in the past I was never really consistent with it. I would do it here and there, but then I'd get to the end of the night and be like I'm tired, I want to go to bed or I'd fall asleep doing it, and so like consistently doing it. Now, like I have noticed how regulated I feel, which is kind of wild because I'm usually like pretty intense and pretty emotional, with an emotional authority and like so much in there. But I'm like I'm good, like I feel really really good, just like emotionally, um it, even in points where I feel frustrated, it's like I have more awareness of why I'm feeling frustrated and it's so much faster for me to course correct and come back so it really is paying off. But yeah, so that's the transits, that's the new moon, that's everything that's going on right now.
