Dealing With Change: Are You In A Groove Or In a Rut? with Thor Challgren, EP25

Thor Challgren

Are you in a groove or in a rut? In this episode I share how we can get stuck in a groove because we never examine WHY we do things in a familiar way. I refer to a book I’m reading, “Create the Future, Tactics for Disruptive Thinking,” by Jeremy Gutsche.

We are in the biggest pattern interrupt in modern history, outside of possibly WWII. Can you think of a time where more major parts of society were challenged like they are now?

Because we’re being forced to make changes, it’s worth considering if you want to return to old familiar patterns.
