The WWU Social Distance Warriors Podcast is a show for WWU students, faculty, and staff as we navigate living and learning during the COVID-19 global pandemic. This week on Episode 4, our hosts Brandon and Liz interview Western's Outback Farm Manager, Terri Kempton, and Dr. Leti Romo, Assistant Director of the A.S. Equity and Identity Resource Centers, about the Pop-Up Food Kit Program and the journey to mobilizing a community response to food insecurity during COVID-19. The Pop-Up Food Kits are available to students who show their Western ID every Wednesday, 12-2PM, outside the Viking Commons.
