Welcome to episode 176 of the Enterprise Excellence Podcast. Having Dr Wendy Smith on the show with us today is a pleasure. Wendy is a professor at the University of Delaware and Co-Founder and Director of the Lerner Women’s Leadership initiative. Wendy has a doctorate in organisational behaviour from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Psychology and Political Science from Yale. Wendy recently released the book Both/And Thinking: Embracing Creative Tensions to Solver Your Toughest Problems, written with her co-author Marianne Lewis. Navigating the often competing forces in our lives and work can be challenging.
