Dan was juggling work and family life while building up his property business - and across the Coronavirus lockdown too! In this episode he talks to us about how he got started, the highs and lows and tells us about his very exciting plans for the future.

⭐ Dan built a portfolio of 9 HMO’s (45 units) consisting of 3 Purchase Lease Options and 6 Rent to Rents in 18 months all whilst in full time employment with a young family.

⭐ Dan's notice has now been given to his day job, so it’s time to start building my asset portfolio.

⭐3 developments currently in the pipeline consisting of 21 units so far this year with his business partner at Cornwall Living Property.

⭐ Exciting plans for the future with plans to outsource his Rent to Rent portfolio and continue to build asset portfolio with his business partner.
