This is a great question, wouldn’t it be great if you could do rent to rent and make money from other people’s property without needing to manage it yourself?
So you have little money invested and little time.
There’s a triangle for investors, time, money and knowledge.
Usually when you’re starting with little money, you’ll invest more time and knowledge.
When you’re starting with more money, you can use less time and knowledge because you can buy assets and pay for other people to manage them.
With rent to rent it requires little money and it requires some time and knowledge.
