My Dear Father, 

 

I give you all the glory and honour for what you have done for the organisation over the years. Despite the challenges and changes that we have been through, you have remained truthful to your Word and to Your Promises.

 

In reflecting over last year and early into this year,, I can truly confess that Great is your Faithfulness, there is no shadow of turning with You. You remain constant and your Compassion has always been in Abundance. I am so glad that you are the same God, yesterday, today and forever more

 

If you were not constant in your ways, how could we survive amongst the chaos of Black Lives Matter, The 2020 Presidential Election and the one close to the heart of most women was the #MeToo movement.

 

I rejoice daily that you created us Male and Female and I thank you for allowing our organisation to be used as a vessel to raise and train godly women leaders to be at the helm of leadership

 

It has taken a long time, but the world has accepted the concept of women in senior position as evident by our New Vice-President in the US and the appointment of quite a few MDs and CEO’s of large organisations in Nigeria

 

This can only have been made possible by your favour and grace.

 

As we begin to chart the direction for the organisation in 2021, under the environment of what is being called the New Normal; we rejoice that it does not in any way affect the pre-destined plan you ordained for us before the foundation of time

 

Your mercies are new every morning – so let your light shine upon the organisation and protect us against every form of darkness. 

 

Give us insight on the next step forward as we develop the new curriculum for the new intake of candidates to undergo our leadership program.

 

Your Word asks 2 questions – where wisdom can be found and where does understanding dwell?

 

The wisdom and understanding that we need to successfully run this organisation comes from You; So we ask based on your promise that if we lack wisdom, we should ask, and you give freely

 

Finally, as we settle into our new office location, grant us favour with our neighbours and may be the light that illuminates the glory of having a relationship with you.
