My Dear Father,
I give you all the glory for the honour that you have bestowed upon me and my family over the years. You have been faithful Lord over the duration of my life up till this present day
What can I give to you O Lord for your goodness and mercies. You have been faithful to my wife, my children, my marriage, my profession. There is so much gratitude to give you in all areas of my life.
I look at your interventions over the years and marvel at the abundance of grace that has been given to me. I just want to praise and thank you
The past has been great, and I am praying for an even greater future.
The business landscape has changed as a result of the pandemic and I have to lead the organisation forward taking into account all the infrastructural changes both from a clientele and in-house perspective.
Provide us with the insight as an organisation to go where we may have not been before. Be our light and salvation as we move forward, give us the strength and fortitude for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead of us.
You advise us to leave an inheritance for the younger generation and we are in the process of designing a Succession Management strategy to develop the future leaders that will take our organisation to the next level of perfection and excellence.
We will continue to trust that the Holy Spirit will be the source of inspiration that is required to achieve all the tasks for fulfil this mandate.
