LLChat is thrilled to continue our second season with a fascinating interview with Dr. Luisa A. Igloria, Professor of English and Creative Writing at Old Dominion University. Dr. Igloria was named Poet Laureate of Virginia and is the Louis I. Jaffe Endowed Professor. In this episode, Dr. Igloria speaks of her creative influences, her experiences growing up in the Philippines, multilingualism, and even gives us a little lesson on etymology.
