He shares his thoughts around the role of leadership in adaptation and resiliency. We discuss the shifting notion of the purpose for organizations and the connection to the larger community. He talks about the concept of dissonance and how organizations and individuals are experiencing a real sense of dissonance and disruption and this is creating the opportunity for meaningful change.
