In this episode, we catch up with Melody Robinson, Field Agronomist with Clark Agri Service. Melody shares her experience of finding her path in plant agriculture, making connections, and building her current role serving growers in Haldimand-Niagara. Melody has had the opportunity to mentor several summer students and junior sales staff during her time at Clark's and shares her advice on creating a good experience for new employees. We discuss some of the challenges and opportunities of farming on some of the toughest ground in the province, as well as a few problem weeds and control methods for the area.
