Female Hormones...a delicate balance in our bodies. Birth Control can be very hit or miss for A LOT of women out there, and unfortunately...I was one who has a rather extreme negative reaction to it.
Today we talk about my hormonal imbalances, getting on (multiple) birth control methods, and ultimately what lead up to my PCOS diagnosis. I discuss everything I was going through and how those of you can learn to know your body better and accept the body you have, hormonally.
