• Will Quebec get an MLB team? Government is supportive of the idea of attracting an MLB team. But what will Bronfman and ownership group offer to build a stadium.
•  Costs could include other costs of $2.5 billion to make this happen
• Other cities most likely to get a MLB team - Vegas, Utah, Portland, Charlotte or Nashville 
• Nevada government has ended session without a guarantee of financial support for a new stadium. Ownership needs to take on the responsibility of buying and building a stadium
• Rays still have not established their new stadium and location has not been finalized.
