Hi, we're Kirsten and Sam. Two Basic White Girls looking to challenge stereotypes, break down barriers and de-stigmatize what it means to be a modern woman. We do that by talking about the things happening in everyday life. The icky stuff. The confusing stuff. The crap that blindsides us. The difficult shit that people have a hard time with. And because we're both mental health mavens, we'll look at it all through the lens of emotional well-being.
