Corporate Governance must be sustained as an Organizational Culture with essential frameworks. Integrity, Accountability, Transparency & Fairness are the facets of Governance and elements of its frameworks that must evolve as an Organizational Credo & Code of Ethics. While leadership is the flag bearer of ethics, members at all levels must practice ethics and thus need to be trained through impartial custodians in ethics committees.
