This is a great meditation for working on those "sore spots" in your physical and emotional body. As human beings we are always driven to try to fix things or figure out what is wrong. In this exercise we learn the power of allowing whatever is there to be there. Be present with out trying. Just be and let the power of pure awareness provide the healing.
