  • Dividend paying whole life insurance policies are one of a few tools that you can leverage to live in a 0% tax bracket when you retire. The other two mentioned are HECOM Loan reverse mortgages and Roth IRAs.
  • These policies grow uninterrupted by contractual obligations based on a clear schedule, independent of the stock market fluctuations.
  • Some companies allow you to borrow up to 85% to 90% of cash value versus a loan against your 401k, which is capped at 50% of the account value.
