As we set our sights on wellness and holding each other accountable, our conversation meanders through stories of escaping to warmer climates like West Palm Beach and Destin, especially when the northern winds blow cold. Each of us takes on a unique challenge, from finishing an album to embracing consistent self-care. We underscore the need for realistic goal-setting, sharing how small, steady steps can lead to meaningful change. With no extreme measures necessary, we find joy in the journey and encourage you to do the same.
Our chat rounds out with exploring the secrets of longevity, nurturing relationships, and achieving fitness goals as we age, inspired by icons like The Rock and Ronnie Coleman. Oh, that one. It used to be the rubber duck.
Speaker 1:I'm not a Malden native, so I don't know.
Speaker 2:Never mind, literally doesn't matter.
Speaker 3:The only thing about that stuff is that you smell like it. If you're just going in there to get an energy drink, you smell like it the rest of the day.
Speaker 1:I don't see the problem with that? You smell like a Red Bull.
Speaker 2:If I could wear a pork steak cologne, I would.
Speaker 1:I bet you go on Amazon and they make it, it probably exists. I know what to get Richard for Christmas next year or this year.
Speaker 2:All I want for Christmas is some pork steak cologne.
Speaker 1:Some pork steak cologne.
Speaker 3:I'm so sorry. What's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up everybody. Welcome back to a brand new episode of the almost brothers podcast. Welcome to 2025, 25.
Speaker 1:Shazam, shazam, boink Yoinks.
Speaker 3:Yoinks.
Speaker 2:Hope you had a great holiday.
Speaker 3:New year, new season, new year, new me.
Speaker 2:Samed it.
Speaker 3:Hashtag. I should have put a new theme song we're going to change theme songs pretty soon. All right cool.
Speaker 2:Yeah, man Get Tyler to write one.
Speaker 3:Yeah, waiting on you, maybe the Porksteak song.
Speaker 1:Porksteaks yeah.
Speaker 3:Yeah, almost Brothers, and some Porksteaks.
Speaker 2:America. That went weird very fast.
Speaker 3:Well, on today's episode, we're going to be talking about what we're looking forward to in 2025. Have y'all had to write anything yet with 2025 on it? I accidentally wrote 2024 I haven't I did.
Speaker 2:I've done good about keeping the date straight, because I write on my paperwork every day, so that was the worst part about being in school, having to write dates on your papers and it's the new years, crap.
Speaker 1:Yeah, scribble it out now. The teacher professor knows I'm an idiot, yeah.
Speaker 3:Just right off the job. They didn't already know? By my grades, but first thing on the, on the paper, like, oh, I messed up already, man, yeah, there you go, your points.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so I know, we, we, we've you know just some things that you would like to see do accomplish in 2025 yeah, well, you know it's kind of the cliche one, but I really would like to get into some type of shape that's not round oh dang, somebody called me big rich today. Oh, it was mike, trevillian yeah, he called me big rich. I was like that sounded weird.
Speaker 3:I'm not used to that at all. That's funny, I'll go with it. But that's a good one. I know you. You brought up like, like doing a church-wide biggest loser contest yeah, like see who, yeah I want to do that.
Speaker 2:I think it'd be really cool yeah, I like that I mean it's a good thing, no matter what.
Speaker 1:So yeah, I like that. I like that. Imagine a church event. At the end, and you are the biggest loser am I happy with that?
Speaker 2:I think so, but I would be thrilled with that.
Speaker 3:Yeah, yeah heck, yeah, yeah, that that that me me as well. I want to get in a better shape this year for sure. I'm getting older, pushing 40, so yeah, it was at that lock-in man man, I was like man, it was so fun.
Speaker 2:It was. It was a blast. That was really, really a good time Yep Go blue team.
Speaker 1:It's not true. I don't even remember what team I was on.
Speaker 2:None of them. You didn't do anything.
Speaker 3:Yeah, he was there for all the games, right.
Speaker 2:That didn't mean he did anything. I listened oh listen.
Speaker 1:Oh, I'm a strategist.
Speaker 2:Oh, wow.
Speaker 1:I heard it all.
Speaker 2:Can't even remember the date, but he's a strategist, that's so funny.
Speaker 3:Yeah, yeah, but that's definitely one of mine.
Speaker 2:I want to get in better, and me and Jamie talked about doing it together, so yeah, me and Jennifer have talked about we've got to get our budget in line this year.
Speaker 3:That's a big one for us too. We want to save up.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm so tired of not having it's not even about having money.
Speaker 1:It's about having security, the stress of not having money.
Speaker 2:You go get a pizza and it's like, well, crap, now I can't have gas the rest of the week. Oh gosh, it's life decisions right there, man so tired of it yeah, that's exhausting, that's an exhausting feeling it is.
Speaker 3:That's one of ours as well. I know we talked about I want to spend more time with jamie and the kids on like new things, right, you know we used to kind of every year do somewhat the same thing, like we're on the same vacation, which I love that, so I love tradition stuff like that.
Speaker 2:I know you do. But I think we're going to try to do some new stuff Going to a Red Sox game Burger at every restaurant.
Speaker 3:Yep.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you got that for Christmas, didn't you?
Speaker 3:Yeah, september, from your awesome wife.
Speaker 2:Yeah, baby. Oh, she showed me that and I was like, oh, it's over I'm so excited he was trying to get me to tell him what it was too that's not true. That's not true he's like, so should I get her more? That I did ask. I was like.
Speaker 3:I was like here's what I got her. Do I need to keep going? Yeah, you might want to keep going, but yeah, I got a countdown on my phone the days to what? To the socks game, oh 254 days next christmas oh yeah, that too I told her. I told her, I said only 364 days left till christmas, we gotta get started.
Speaker 1:Yeah that sounds like jennifer, like the last couple years I've been thinking about that because, like we do christmas shopping, pretty like we finished christmas shopping the week before christmas yeah and I'm like man, my wallet's hurting, yeah, and each year I'm like, when you just like once a once a month, whoever, because we I mean now 12, 15 or so people we buy gifts for like we each month one person?
Speaker 3:yeah, that's what I was gonna ask how many people y'all bought for? Because you you can only find like good deals. Yeah, on, you know christmas time, so it's like you know, okay, I'm gonna find some stuff then, but yeah, trying to get small stuff throughout the year yeah, it's, and it's hard to when you have a lot of a lot of friends and a lot of family, like we went to four christmases right, there's all on the same day.
Speaker 1:And that wasn't all of them that's a whole movie and that was I know, and that wasn't all the christmases we had to go to.
Speaker 2:Yeah I understand completely which we did um at my, my mom's and her dad's. We did the dirty santa thing you know, it's not as financially taxing I don't get it.
Speaker 3:I know you don't because you're weird, but it's fun okay, let's waste money on presents that we don't get it. I know you don't because you're weird, it's fun. Like, hey, let's waste money on presents that we don't know who anybody's going to get or what's going to.
Speaker 2:It's better to do that than to waste money buying each and every person a present.
Speaker 1:It's fun. One of the presents we did for Dirty Salad Draw names. One of the presents we did was Forrest Gump socks with a box of chocolates.
Speaker 3:Life is like a box of chocolates. Who got it, do you know? I remember when y'all bought the socks.
Speaker 1:That was pretty good, but every time they opened I was like life is like a box of socks. It says life is like a box of chocolates.
Speaker 2:Wow.
Speaker 1:You can hear her violently shaking her head in disappointment.
Speaker 3:You could hear the. You hear the brain rattling, that's funny.
Speaker 2:That was not a face like hey, I love my husband, face that she's making over there, so I'm not looking behind me something else I'd like to see.
Speaker 3:I'd like to see us get our 15 000th download this year that would be cool are you the lucky person? We are already over 11 000. Are you going to be our?
Speaker 1:1500th download thousand.
Speaker 2:Will it be you? He doesn't even know where he's at right now who are you and where am I?
Speaker 3:we got to get the get, get the studio set up. We got the space.
Speaker 2:We just got to get it put together yeah I would like to uh I would like to do some more events that would be.
Speaker 3:That was the cape con was so much yeah, that was, that was a, that was a blast yeah for sure, yep, definitely try to do that again this year for sure they have anime con coming up, yeah yeah, I have to get some merch made merch in march. Yeah well, this is something y'all y'all think about for the year my gosh, that was.
Speaker 2:That was my big two was was my health and and my finances. Um, you know, me and jennifer had a rough year this year. You know I've talked about it on here where we kind of separated a little bit this year. So this year I would like to see or we separated last year. Y'all know what I mean.
Speaker 1:I don't.
Speaker 2:What do you mean? I know you don't know what anybody means, but this year I would like to see us really grow stronger in our faith and our relationship. They go hand in hand right, they do, I would like to see that happen.
Speaker 3:I'm excited to see Zeke. He's already gotten to the point of really starting to stand out on the basketball court, so watching him, that's something I look forward to in 2025.
Speaker 2:That's something I really miss is watching Tristan play ball.
Speaker 3:I miss that so much Getting to step out and see him. It's really fun.
Speaker 2:I'm hoping Zane kind of comes up. Here's something else.
Speaker 3:That's true, zane, he's about that size. Here's something else I want to do, some more guys stuff together, we usually do family, but I'm ready to do some guy stuff.
Speaker 2:I want to hang out with y'all.
Speaker 3:Ready to do some guy stuff together?
Speaker 1:This is the He-Man Woman Haters Club podcast.
Speaker 3:That's right. I need to get away from my wife for a while.
Speaker 2:Dern Dern, diddy, dern dern.
Speaker 3:See, like you can't.
Speaker 1:Says he needs to get away from his wife and uses a sound with his wife's voice.
Speaker 3:Oh don't worry. After you said that it's going to be wish granted oh that's funny. Something else I want to do. If y'all have something, then just jump in, but I've got a whole I want to. You've been thinking about this man I want to game more in 2025.
Speaker 1:That's my relaxing getaway time. Oh, okay, you should stream. Stream some gaming. Yeah, I like it. Go on Twitch or whatever the crap it is, I don't know, twitch is one of them.
Speaker 2:I'm not going to be doing gaming this year.
Speaker 3:I want to do that because that's my relax getaway shut my brain off time so I need to do a lot more of that.
Speaker 1:I tend to fill my days off with stuff and I need to relax and I bet you could make some money from from streaming video games on twitch or whatever. Yeah, I bet you could. I got that personality for it I got a friend he goes to liberty, he he does stream on that and makes a little bit of money off that.
Speaker 2:Groovy.
Speaker 3:Heck yeah, man, I think I'm going to go this year PS5 instead of Xbox, I'm going with the 6. Ooh ball, in Ain't even out yet you got the VIP ticket.
Speaker 1:I don't even play video games.
Speaker 3:PlayStation making a handheld. They already did it was the PSP and it was way ahead of its time.
Speaker 1:And so underappreciated.
Speaker 2:Jennifer wants to get our switch fixed.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I know we were talking about that.
Speaker 2:Well, our kids aren't going to be allowed to touch it, because that's exactly how that went.
Speaker 1:Maybe put it in like a safe.
Speaker 2:Well, we went out on a date night and came home and it was broken.
Speaker 3:Nobody knew.
Speaker 2:I don't know, it's weird.
Speaker 3:That sounds right.
Speaker 2:You're all going somewhere.
Speaker 1:Nobody touched it.
Speaker 2:If I ever catch that, not me kid, I swear I'm beating him.
Speaker 3:I'm telling you them little leprechauns that run in and break stuff and take off.
Speaker 1:It's like the TikToks where. It's like the powdered donuts. Listen, someone just fess up and just admit you took I'm appalled.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's like all over their face Covered in powder.
Speaker 2:It was me. I took the powder.
Speaker 3:Got a couple trips planned. We're going to see Tyler Hilton in March.
Speaker 2:Don't know who that is, that's a Chris Keller.
Speaker 1:Chris Keller.
Speaker 2:Oh, I lost it.
Speaker 1:He's on the lam.
Speaker 2:He's on the lam, he's on the lam. We decided that me and Tyler is going to wear the fake mustache and the glasses because we're on the lam. Y'all got problems.
Speaker 1:It's a meet and greet. We get to meet him and Mia and Mia Catalano, what's her face?
Speaker 3:Yeah, mia Catalano, yeah.
Speaker 2:Well, y'all have fun with that.
Speaker 3:Oh, we're pretty excited.
Speaker 2:I'm not going to be going with you.
Speaker 3:Got a Branson trip in a couple weeks. We do, we do, ready for that, yoinks, yoinks.
Speaker 1:All right.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:Do some Branson stuff. I'm so excited.
Speaker 3:I'm so excited.
Speaker 2:I would like to. I, me and Jennifer have talked about this for years, but we want to go to an all inclusive resort and I know this is not something that you're remotely interested in. But let me talk. So we want to go to like Mexico or Jamaica or somewhere, and do an all inclusive resort where there's no kids allowed, because there are those places and and that's something we want to do so that'd be pretty cool yeah, you can unmute now, I don't get it he was talking and complaining the whole time.
Speaker 3:He was just muted yeah, well, jennifer's never seen the ocean like ever yeah, so that's something she wants to know. There's off the bucket list.
Speaker 2:You'll see the ocean in the united states right yeah, and it doesn't look as good as it does in jamaica or it does not okay, it's not the caribbean and I don't want to go in the cold water.
Speaker 3:No, no the cold water, yes, yes, the ocean's cold.
Speaker 2:It's cold.
Speaker 1:Actually I've never been to Florida. It's 70 degrees down there. I've never been to Florida.
Speaker 2:The water isn't 70 degrees In the middle of July. What do you know? You've never been to Florida either.
Speaker 3:We literally went to Florida this past Sunday.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yeah, I'll give you that my best friend lives in West Palm Beach, florida, and it was a couple weeks ago. It was like 30 degrees. I was freaking cold in the house and he FaceTimed me and he was outside working on his yard or whatever and he was like man, it's hot. I'm like I wouldn't know. He's like yeah, that's how cold it was. I was like it's like 36 degrees. He's like man, that sucks, it's 78 here. No, I was like it's like 36 degrees.
Speaker 3:It's like man that sucks it's 78 here.
Speaker 1:No, I like my winters.
Speaker 2:I know you do.
Speaker 1:Yeah, you're enjoying all this bull crap out there. Yeah, man.
Speaker 2:I hate this weather.
Speaker 3:No, we went to Destin Florida. That's where we went. It was pretty cool.
Speaker 2:I wouldn't mind going to.
Speaker 1:I don't remember which side it is, the side that has more of the senior stuff, not the like spring break side, but it's like Pebble beach or something, maybe I don't know, but it's there's there's a there's one side of Florida, I think it's what it's called PCB.
Speaker 2:I don't know.
Speaker 3:I don't know, it's Cola Pensacola Florida.
Speaker 2:Yeah, Whereas the other side it's like Miami and all that it's like the spring break and all that stuff that I have zero interest in being a part of.
Speaker 1:My friend down there is saying there's a lot of retired people in his area in this Palm Beach.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's a, because nobody else can afford to live there.
Speaker 3:Well, and it's like no state tax, so a lot of people retire there.
Speaker 1:Fantastic. That's what's up.
Speaker 3:That's what's up?
Speaker 2:Okay, that's what's up that's what's up okay, okay, I just want to retire. I don't, so me too.
Speaker 3:So let's let's give it, give something to to someone else. So I'll give tyler's tyler you give richard, richard you give mine of something we, we have to accomplish this year, like I have to tell him to accomplish something okay oh, this is gonna be stupid yeah, who wants to go first?
Speaker 2:that's the question uh, you go first me go first.
Speaker 3:Okay, tyler, what you have to dang the violence, what you have to record and finish an album, oh, I thought you're gonna say a song. It's like I already done two of those, no, an entire album I already got. Well, there you go. Then it can't be that hard. Five or six written songs, there you go.
Speaker 1:I mean I'm gonna need it in a actual physical, yeah, medium uh well, we, we were going to record with me and live record with the walk brother, cody and Clinton. And then we hit a financial snack because it was he was going to charge us for an entire day of recording however much we can record 500 for 12 hours. Hopefully in the near future that will work out come to fruition, yeah yeah. Hopefully in the near future, that'll work out. Come to fruition, yeah.
Speaker 3:Okay.
Speaker 1:Yeah, okay.
Speaker 2:I got one for you.
Speaker 1:There you go. Oh, okay, go for it.
Speaker 2:You have to start taking your Mondays off.
Speaker 3:Oh, come on, Preach.
Speaker 2:So that means that you're going to call me every Monday and when I say what is your plan for today, it should not be any church stuff.
Speaker 3:That's good, because for those of y'all that don't know, I don't do that.
Speaker 1:That can be your streaming day. There you go. Make that your side hustle day.
Speaker 3:You're working. Right, I'm working, babe, leave me alone.
Speaker 2:Okay, I'm on this level but that's, that's something I want to see you do because you have got to prioritize yourself yeah, that's good, I like that.
Speaker 3:I accept that.
Speaker 2:I accept that challenge I'm terrified of what's about to come out of tyler's mouth right now. He doesn't have anything yet.
Speaker 1:Never mind. Um.
Speaker 2:Um, yeah, I should, um it's a big one, I'm going to um this year.
Speaker 3:Um from.
Speaker 2:Umbridge To Laura's Umbridge. I'm perfect, I don't have to work on anything.
Speaker 1:No because, well, you, I guess, whatever one I pick, you already kind of said you're playing due.
Speaker 3:Yeah, that's kind of.
Speaker 1:Okay here's mine, here's mine, and it's a tough one.
Speaker 2:Oh great, Y'all get stuff easy and I get tough. Oh, it's not easy for me, that's not easy.
Speaker 1:Well, it's tough. It's tough because everyone does the new, your new, me. New Year's resolutions and they fall off after the first week. My challenge I'll say it's a challenge is to stay consistent, at least until beginning of summer.
Speaker 2:With the dieting and the exercise.
Speaker 1:With just overall taking care of yourself, okay.
Speaker 3:I'd say, yeah, I'm going to add on to that because I like that. That's kind of what.
Speaker 2:I was thinking too.
Speaker 1:Hey, two challenges, yeah, oh good, so same thing.
Speaker 3:So this episode next year, so first episode of the year next year, 50 pounds gone.
Speaker 2:I can do that.
Speaker 3:You've done it before. Close to it 30.
Speaker 2:I think 35 or so is what. I've lost before.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and it's healthy. You know anybody listening. It's healthy weight loss, not just. Not water weight right well anyone can dehydrate themselves what's that new medicine that all the celebrities are taking, or whatever?
Speaker 2:it's like yeah, it's like that's not healthy for you. No, I tried to get on that.
Speaker 1:I'm not diabetic, so I can't no, here's the here's the thing that I want people to understand about weight loss and all those things. It's easier than you think and you don't need all that crap. Yeah, it's as simple as find your find your find your happy place. Find your maintenance calorie your what maintenance calorie?
Speaker 3:that's how many calories if you eat.
Speaker 1:Eat exactly that you stay the same. Yes that's your maintenance. If you're trying to lose weight, go under 200, 300. It's got to be gradual because your hormones and your hormone balance and all that is affected directly by your food. So when you change your diet drastically it'll mess you up a little bit. It messed me up quite a bit when I was bodybuilding. I came off my diet straight back into eating how I used to. There was no transition. I just went from one extreme.
Speaker 1:I wouldn't say it was extreme, but went from one end to another, and my stomach has not been the same, since it's so sensitive. I can't eat nearly as much as I could anymore. It's just bad, but it's. It's a matter of figuring it out, and you can reach out to anyone that's into the fitness nutrition game getting an idea and just sticking to it.
Speaker 2:it's, it's literally that simple I guess I should make it public knowledge then that when I went to the doctor last time it was 316 pounds, just like wow. That really hit me in the head like it was like dang, I mean that's. That's not far from 400 pounds how tall?
Speaker 3:How tall are you?
Speaker 2:5'10".
Speaker 3:Yeah, and just looking at I mean which the scale is a little bit unrealistic, especially nowadays. But you can look at the height and what you're supposed to be and that's what really gets me like, oh, I'm not doing as good as I'd like to be, when you look at, oh I, oh, I'm 5, 10.
Speaker 1:I should be between this and this and also don't get blinded or so, uh, hyper focused on the number, because overall health is not a number, it's. It's how you are feeling physically and mentally, because when I was doing that bodybuilding, I was down to 6% body fat. I was, when I get down to 159 pounds, drained yeah horrible sleep. All the things moody ask live I was oh snap I physically looked good. Yeah, but when it there's got, it's got, there's got to be a balance. Uh, so physically I look good.
Speaker 3:Mentally I was awful well, that's what, uh, I I knew they did an interview with zach efron talking about during baywatch. You know he's in the best shape of his life. He's, I mean, yeah, the best shape you could, anybody could be in. I mean it was pretty drastic, it was crazy, and that's what he said. He said he was just, everything was hurting right, and that's.
Speaker 2:I don't know how people like the rock maintain that I know he's your favorite person in the world, but they you know he's what?
Speaker 3:50 years old yeah, and it's still called steroids?
Speaker 2:I don't know that it's 100.
Speaker 1:You don't get bigger as you age well, he's not bigger oh, he's quite a bit bigger than he, then yeah, he's pretty. He's pretty bigger than he was when he was in wrestling prime ww. Yeah, there are other.
Speaker 2:There are other people like that that as they age, they they maintain you know, their, their physique, which I get that you know. If you're a millionaire, you can afford trainers right and you got the best nutritionist and you got chefs and you got all that.
Speaker 3:Yeah, absolutely yeah, but yes, I'll accept the challenge yeah, man, well, and it's and it and what really you know we, we pick on you a lot. When we pick on tyler for being short, y'all pick on me I can't help it a myriad of challenges grow six inches.
Speaker 1:This year I'm gonna get that leg surgery to extend the the legs.
Speaker 3:No, but it it really is. It gets to the point to where it's. It's your health that we're worried about. You know we pick on you, but we really are concerned. Well, especially you know me and you were moving the the pews the other night and it was rough. I mean you're about to fall over and die from moving. Moving one. I mean it was heavy, but but it wasn't like. It wasn't like.
Speaker 1:I mean it's just like I got it no, I'm no I told, I told live before, this is like after I finished that uh, competition because I got so burnt out with the gym and nutrition and all that stuff. But uh, really now, because I'm getting back into lifting and doing all that, really my goal now is just functionality. And I was telling her you know, I take my physical health serious because you know I don't want to have, you know, kids in the future and I've got to sit on the front porch and watch them play outside because physically I can't handle it.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and that's where mine comes from is that I want to be able to, when Zeke's a senior, be out and training with him, and if I have grandkids and all that, I want to be able to do those things. That's where mine comes from.
Speaker 1:When Jamie will sit, it's like we're not 25 anymore. It's a longevity thing. A, it's a longevity thing. And um and that includes being smart with how you train, like, if you look at um, um, ronnie coleman easily one of the top three best bodybuilders in the world. Yeah, he's about 60 yeah worst shape of his life.
Speaker 2:He can barely walk.
Speaker 1:He's had he's what 30 plus almost 40 surgeries that he's had because of.
Speaker 2:Well, what I don't want to get to is that point of acceptance where well, I'm old.
Speaker 3:It just is what it is, that's not true.
Speaker 2:You have the option at any age. To you know, you may have to modify that. Like I can't run on a treadmill, my knees would just I would destroy my knees if I did that.
Speaker 3:So you just have to be conscious of what you can do here's something else I want to challenge both of y'all with, and myself a lot of challenges. Hey, that's what we're talking about man. We're growing this year, 2025 year growth. I want, I want to and this for all three of us fall in love with our wives even more this year yeah spend more time, have more moments, more memory moments. You know, not only us as a group, but individually, with your, with your wife.
Speaker 1:I want I want that this year is. That's a. That's a tough one for me, and lift we've. How many dates have we gone on?
Speaker 2:uh, in 2024 small number, kind of one hand. I was about to say we can count yeah, that's kind of one hand yeah's mad.
Speaker 1:It was a busy year.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it was a real busy year and y'all are the only one of us three without kids.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we're a couple of dinks.
Speaker 3:Y'all should be just date nighting it up. We're a couple of dinks.
Speaker 1:They had kids for a good portion of the point that's true.
Speaker 3:Yeah, that's true, that that is true.
Speaker 2:you never heard dink uh, dual income, no kid. Oh, there you go, okay, yeah, well, and that's, we should start back up with the uh youth babysitting day. Nine disciples yeah, I was telling them about that.
Speaker 3:Yeah, that was, that was a good fundraiser well, now we've got a full gym, right yeah absolutely, yeah, definitely do that, spend some more time with and, yeah, definitely do that, spend some more time with and we need to do that too. Like us, couples need to go, you know, and go do stuff together.
Speaker 1:Leave the kids and the dogs at home.
Speaker 3:Yeah, where it's not, yeah, where it's not, you know, we could pay Brittany and Matt to watch the kids.
Speaker 2:Or whoever.
Speaker 1:And Adriana.
Speaker 3:And the dogs? Yeah, and the dogs right.
Speaker 2:That's all we hear from Tyler and Liv. We got to go. The dogs are at home, they're fine.
Speaker 1:I hate leaving the dogs. They're okay. I know they're fine, they're aminals, it's me.
Speaker 3:It's me that's not fine. I am not okay. It's me that's not fine.
Speaker 1:Because I know they're sad, which makes me sad.
Speaker 2:They don't care that you're not there.
Speaker 1:Oh, they do.
Speaker 2:Cats don't care, frank doesn't care.
Speaker 3:when I'm there, he doesn't care if you're there or not.
Speaker 1:Yeah well, yeah.
Speaker 3:That's whatever. You're as misty as my guy, though.
Speaker 2:I know.
Speaker 1:Bucky cares.
Speaker 2:Somebody loves me.
Speaker 1:Hey, he's my little man. I've gotten him to a point where me and him play a game, where he's in the living room, right at the edge of the living room where it meets the dining room, and I'm right in front of the kitchen, and he'll stand there and look at me. I'll go ready, set go, and he goes around and starts chasing me.
Speaker 2:That sounds exhausting. Oh, it's fun.
Speaker 1:And I'll act like I'm running, but I'll actually go and fall behind him and go hide and hide behind in the laundry room or behind a door and all.
Speaker 3:Oh my gosh, that's funny. Yeah yeah, that's a pretty good list of things man Things to do, yeah Well, I know I look forward to 2025 with y'all too. I love y'all.
