There's so much energy around distrust in our own journeys as well as what's going on in the world. So today we're going to talk about some keys on trusting your spiritual part. And are you ready Tom? I'm ready. So this kind of came to me this week from a client, someone who reaches out to me quite often and just ask really cool questions. And so the question she had this week was around the energy of doomsday.
She says she works out in the field and let's wish Tom and I are both out in the muggle field too. And how there's so many people who are stockpiling food and freaking out and you know, she just wanted to, you know, mention that and ask us to contemplate it. said, Hey, that'd be a great podcast episode. So what is your take Tom on the energy of where we're at right now and
how people are distrusting the spiritual part and moving more into that doomsday feeling. Well, interestingly enough, you know, the end of the world scenarios have been around for a long time. In fact, if you look back at early Christianity, when the person Jesus was around, from some of the historical aspects, what they've studied, you know, some of the
historians and so forth. Apparently, that was a big one of his big messages is the kingdom of God is at hand and you better get right with God. And he's described as an apocalyptic sort of what do we call that? Prophet, you know, kind of a thing. And I was raised Catholic and, you know, I know that was a part of it.
was that get right with God. And what strikes me lately as a more spiritual person is this idea of the impending doom has been around for a long time. you know, and of course, growing up in the 60s and the 70s, 50s, 60s, 70s, not so much in the 60s, 70s, as I guess it had been in the 50s, you know, the idea of nuclear war impacting everyone. And so the bomb shelters that, you know, people built

And it's funny that she asked this question because it's a little bit on my mind lately too that, you where we are in Iowa, although I don't run into folks that, you know, have prepared for the worst, you might say, I noticed that certainly there's a lot of YouTube videos about people that have prepared and, know, in the Midwest, there's, it's something that, you know, I'm kind of aware of the Midwest and the West that
survivalists, that's what people are called. myself, it's something that I noted that we haven't done anything really around that issue. So I wonder why. Well, it's probably because I really trust where we're at. I trust that everything's going to be okay. And everything is okay. And I think that's, you know, some of the benefits for you and I working together every single day.
is that we trust our spiritual part, we understand the scenario that we're here to go through things on this earth. And the fact that some people may distrust and may be more scared and anxious and fearful about where we're at in time, I just don't have that. You know, and fear is a motivator in a sense that
it gets people to take action. And so, you know, I think it's all good. I'm glad that there's some folks that are survivalists and have prepared in the sense that if the ultimate catastrophe occurs, there will be human beings in bodies that will hopefully survive that situation if that ever would occur. But I'm kind of more optimistic.
I generally feel like we're going to move through these times and come out okay. And you know, there'll be a point in my life where I check out and in your life where you check out. in a sense, it's impending for all of us. And so the positive that I take away from it is, you know, to have that sense of urgency of I'm here on a mission, I have a purpose.

I better get moving on it because I'm not going to be here forever. You know, that's the best use of my time. You know, that part of it's good. And sometimes it's good to, you know, get people to move in some direction or another. But I think it's, it's really, it comes in waves. And when things are changing, you know, this is probably a good topic for discussion. Why does it keep showing up?
And right, you know, throughout moments in time when there's big shifts happening. That's what I'm picking up to is just what you said. Yeah. And so one thing that comes to my mind is that recently, I've been really noticing where people are at energetically, and how this plays into this part of doomsday and the energy and, and survival, or we're not going to survive or
you know, those those scenarios that are happening is, well, it's I think it's because of where people are at energetically. I mean, we all have to go through and evolve through, you know, feasts and famines and and, you know, pandemics. not talking about just the covid one, but like back in the Spanish flu and the plague and, you know, all the things we've been we've been through on the planet. And so then, you know, people evolve to a certain place where
kind like we are now where we just trust because I am sure I've been through a lot of that and I've and I've moved through the fact that as a soul I know that that I am eternal as a soul and I'll just pop in our keyword of the month for our reawakened membership is be long so I know that I'm here to be long but also there's a longness that long you know aspect of my soul's essence like I'm not you know I'm gonna be
in my soul as a soul forever. So, you know, I've moved to this point where I recognize just a lot of awarenesses spiritually for myself that keep me calm and help me recognize when I see others fearful, anxious, out of sorts that I just go, it's okay, that's where they're at. And I don't need to, I don't need to feed that into my essence, right? That's one key is trusting or you know, the spiritual part is like,

Wherever we're at, we don't have to feed into others' energies and others' fear. Yeah, I agree. And you know, you're talking about trusting the spiritual parts. So I'm like you in that I'm very relaxed about the future in general. Except for when you're not. Yeah, except for when I'm not. I mean, I have my little... I have my little... the concerns that I have about the future at times that pop up.
I have to do with some of the concepts I have around life. so I notice they show up. I wanted to say that I have, I don't judge anyone that's into the whole doomsday scenario. I just noticed there's various versions around. There's the end of the world and from the.
the itinerant preacher that's standing on the street corner that you better get right with God because, you know, doomsday is going to happen to, you know, lately there's talk about UFOs and UAAPs, UAAPs, unidentified anomalous phenomena. And, you know, there's a group that feels that this is all going to be great, you know, or that there's
These are advanced extraterrestrials that are coming to the planet. And this isn't even a weird thing to say anymore. They've just made this movie called Disclosure, which talks about how the government and guys like Rubio and all sorts of folks are admitting that there's this phenomena exists kind of a thing. So, but on the other hand, there's folks that say, we better be scared.
We better be get all defensive because they might try to take us over. And so, you know, this fear thing just pops up all the time. Well, that's also in mainstream media. Yeah. They want to keep us people fearful. Keep you fearful so they can control you. Keep the sheep fearful. Yeah. Keep well said. So why are you and I relaxed about this? Let me come back to the one of the first things that you brought up that we

ought to be sharing about is that sense of being long so that I'm a soul. I'm here experiencing a physical body. have a purpose, I have a thrust for that purpose. And I feel that so it's not something that has to be proven to me. It's more my sensitivity, I can feel I have impressions about that. You know, whilst I'm in this body with the brain, I don't
I can't say I understand every, I've got it super clear in terms of intellectual discernment, but overall, because of the techniques I've worked with or working with spiritual energy, you know, I just, trust a lot. And then I trust my guidance that I'm in the right place at the right time if I listen to them. And, you know, for me, life is kind of practicing listening to my true feelings and practicing that communication with the master souls that are here to help me learn and grow.
So what do you have to say about that? Well, one aspect of trusting for myself has always been moving into action. So at the moment, I just decided to take a few months off sabbatical from social media. And I've been on social media for years now and really, really on it and you know, just working it and and yeah, I was guided it's time to take a break. It's time to step back and
give myself a pause in space to allow new things to move in. And this has happened many times in my life where I've come up upon a timeframe in my life, I say a season or an energy moment that I say, okay, I need to move this way, move that way. But being in action and following that action when a person is feeling it from within.
is really important and not everyone's going to understand when someone makes a shift because most people haven't understood when I've made a shift except for me, because that's one thing that's a big key is recognizing that it's up to the individual person's soul to know when to move, when not to move and to either trust or distrust what they've got going on spiritually. so for myself and trusting that, you know, I'm going to

be off of my daily social media contacts and posting and making reels, which I love to do, and it's gonna be okay. Well, all I can say is we're gonna miss you on Facebook because you come up with some great, great posts and I know you got a lot of followers out there, but everybody take heart. You know, in truth, I think it's hard to keep Teresa quiet about certain things. When Teresa gets moved by the spirit to share, she shares and then she shares enthusiastically. Hallelujah. No, but getting back to, you know, trusting our spiritual part. So why do I do that? You know, it's be I have an I have an understanding about spiritual things. And there's a lot of people that talk about
being a soul, for example, and there's discussions about that, but I find that searching in my intellect is not where the answers lie for me. It's more moving from my true feelings, from my feeling impressions first, and then discerning that, and it's an unfolding process, and that, you know, they're kind of new ideas, I relate to them, but when I trust my feelings,
And one of the ways I've been able to do it is through the subscriptions that we offer through the Wayshower College, through Reawakens subscriptions, where we find out what those keywords of the month. And so what's a keyword of the month? It's an energy that spirit is backing the planet with. So it's so funny because even though I wasn't aware of the keyword right away, I started thinking about
being longer in my experience. And it was more of these impressions and feelings and, you know, this is temporary. And I always find it fascinating that people will start to get those kinds of insights before they even intellectually know what's on the paper or what has been predicted. They're a part of the energy. So all we're talking about is some tools to help people grow faster.

And to move through these times rather than keep repeating these cycles of fear and doom and mistrust and, you know, getting caught up in not trusting myself again. You know, it's if I, if I work with some of these tools and techniques, I can move beyond those old habit patterns and those old thought patterns. So a person might know a lot intellectually or have a great understanding of spiritual things.
but let's turn some of that, let's get back into the experiential side. And that's what some of those tools and techniques and some of the materials that we have really offer people. Yeah, and I'll have to, the word faster. I don't know if I'd necessarily say that. What I would say is that it meets each person where they're at and gives them an opportunity to become more aware of what they're experiencing in life. Yeah. Because I mean, like, you know, to someone come in and go,
Well, going to now get faster in my spiritual part. Well, no, you're not because you're exactly where you're at. But what it's going to do is it's going to support where you're at and with your guidance and with your working with that spiritual part. And and again, that awareness has been so key, I feel in the last, you know, the last few months and on, I mean, it's always really one of those things. But awareness for me allows me to trust more when I'm aware of something like back to, you know, recognizing when people are in
crap place or and I'll tell you I've got a quite a few of those around me in different parts of my day. Where you know I don't know what's going on with them but they're just not in a good space. And so I've recognized that instead of me being pulled into that energy of I'm not going to talk to you or your you know whatever. I just go you know what what is what is my purpose of being in this place right now I'm here to do my work. I'm here to just be myself.
be optimistic and yeah, sure. Like we're saying, I mean, we do have, you know, we're human. So we have moments when we have our issues, right? But being able to move through them quicker and more, more with more flow, I'll say, then, then if I didn't understand about how, how everyone else works around me too, it's kind of like a give and take, right? Yeah. And we have patience while others grow. have patience for myself.

You know, so we were talking the other day about how we were working with one of the lessons that we get every month. And, you know, it became real clear that it was easy to organize things on the outside. You know, we're successful people. We've operated successfully in society for the most part. yet, when it comes to organizing my spiritual part,
what am I getting out of this opportunity spiritually? It seems like we've been taught in our first seven years to leave ourselves out in that. And it's not like one is more important than the other. We need a balance because we live in this practical world. We need our intellect, but we need that feeling part too. So what I find is that it uncovers thoughts that I have or emotional reactions that I have that I've...
I often recognize like, my gosh, I've been doing that my whole life. And here's what I can replace it with. And then, but we do it in a way we work with spirit so that we all get our own answers that are more applicable to life. So for example, you say, you did, you just shared, you know, like, I don't see it as moving faster. I just see it as moving with more purpose. And that gives me more fulfillment. That's what I hear you saying.
And for me, you know, I describe it as, well, I don't get caught in these old habit patterns again and again and again, I start to see them, recognize them. You know, for example, let's say you're a spiritual person and you believe that, you know, you have this understanding, you've been told that, well, I can attract magnetize to myself, experiences and opportunities. And so but boy,
You might believe that but it doesn't seem to happen. So what is it that in my thinking or in the energy that I'm moving through that is cutting me off? You know, how do I get in my own way from the things that I truly want to be involved with? Interesting because back to the doomsday energy that we started with and the

ability to be able to move, you know, move from that energy and and not be pulled into it like many and it's really about how to access, you know, that spiritual part and to again to trust this word keeps coming the whole time, right? Trust. But knowing that, you know, if I'm if I'm involved in that doomsday energy, and so are the people around me, we're going to attract scenarios that offer the doomsday experience. Yeah.
Well, you attract what you fear, you know, as one of the nobody, you know, I didn't make that saying up, but it's something that I notice it's that that I've, I've recognized over time, like, boy, it is funny how I keep attracting that, you know, but once I learn to look at what's happening here, and I grow spiritually, like, okay, I'm going to respond with love, I'm going to respond with being relaxed and of service.
to someone who stimulates me and maybe a situation I get involved with. I'm gonna ask my guidance instead of just relying on what my training is, relax, take a deep breath, get a key word from my guidance or an impression from my guidance as to how to best move through this or how to move through it better next time. And what could I have said that would have helped that person stay relaxed or, and really, because I don't wanna get uptight.
You know, I want to I want to flow through life a little bit easier. I want to accomplish the things that came to accomplish. I want to experience the people and the places and things that, you know, turn me on that I want to follow what I love. You know, I want to be involved in the things I love. Who doesn't? Right. Who doesn't? Yeah. Well, I think that both you and I, Tom, excuse me, have gotten to a point with understanding that when things do come up and stimulate us or trigger us, I'll say
We can turn that we're not in that energy very long. And we regroup. Why is that? Why is that coming towards me? Or why am I experiencing that? And then it shifts everything. Yeah, for me, it's like finding a new solution. And then I allow myself to create a new habit and a new perspective. That word perspective comes up a lot for me. And I like that because it's not that I see what I see.

You know, my first gift is a gift of vision. So I talk that way a lot. Trust what I see, I see what I see, but I can gain a better perspective on it. You know, you might say a higher perspective, not in the terms of greater than or lesser than it's just a perspective where I can more easily flow through the experience and the opportunity. And again, just to attract magnetized towards myself, more of those opportunities and
sensitivity is a great thing. You know, you were talking about an experience earlier the last couple of weeks where you were picking up on an opportunity and then it ended up showing up. Did you want to share a little bit about that opportunity? Now? I don't know what you're talking about. Well, with you had said to me, you know, I I'd really like to see Rob Schneider. you know, for some reason, like of all the comedians, you know, he's one of the comedians we followed over the years and watched his movies and so forth, along with Adam Sandler and the other folks.
And he's kind of from your era, you know, in terms of, yeah, he's like two ages. He's two, two ages. He's two years older than me, I think. But, yeah, I'll be happy to share that. Go ahead. Yeah. So, this is the story of how sensitivity works. Right. Yeah. So I've been following him, like, like you said, Tom for years. And then he's been obviously real prevalent lately with his, you know, political stance and
And I resonate with you know quite a bit of what he's saying and so I was like, know what? I really want to see him and I was kind of looking around the comedy scenes, you know He's not coming anywhere near where we're at But I'm like I want to see him and then we started following Zach Lane who's running who's running them in the primary for our governor to be a governor of Iowa to be a Republican the Republican nominee nominee. Yeah, and so
It just turned out this past week that they were they came to get Rob Schneider came with Zach into Des Moines and had an evening and so we went and we went for free because there was an opportunity you could go either for free or you could pay a certain amount going towards you know VIP VIP stuff and we we didn't we went and sat and I sat in the front row and it was amazing. So five feet from him. Yeah. So that is maybe 10.

Yeah, so that's definitely a good scenario of magnetizing something very quickly like these days and it can be a positive or it could also be a not so good positive, negative, right? So that showed up really quickly and I was really excited. So the next thing I'm doing is I'm I'm manifesting to go see Keith Urban. That's my next thing. I'm like, he's releasing that we have seen him before. I know he's so awesome. He's releasing him at the state fair.
didn't we? I was Yeah, I was state fair and he's releasing his new flow state album for the summer of all all covers from the 70s of yacht rock. So if any of y'all out there like it, check it out. But I am manifested to see him this year somewhere, I hope Vegas but somewhere and so we'll see what that happens what happens with that. you know how I see that is just to be clear is that it was in the air that there was going to be an opportunity coming up that you were picking up on ahead of time.
and then all of a sudden Rob Schneider starts showing up to you, then you get to this point like, oh, I'd love to see him. I'd really like to, if you use the words magnetize, I don't know, but you know, putting out that energy, put out that energy like, yeah, that's something I wanna do. I often do that, I'll say. I put that out in the future. I'd like to do that. It's almost a feeling of I'm putting some energy out there for that to fall into place.
in the right place at the right time. And then, you you've you heard about this opportunity, you know, some it caught your eye that that he was going to be in town, you know, helping this local candidate. And he was really entertaining. He was really funny and smart and talked a bit about some of his movies as well. And, you know, but he worked it in real well.
and was really pleasant. mean, and he was there for like an hour and a half. And of course you got a picture with him. So what struck me was when you mentioned to me about magnetizing that, it's been on my mind lately, like how does my sensitivity work? you might say,

And that's the best way for me to describe it. And it's funny what I pick up on or I start thinking about. And then later the opportunity kind of shows itself, which honestly, we would have never guessed we would have gone to an event, you know, for a local candidate, in a primary kind of race. It's just think the way things fell into place and there for some reason, that was a great opportunity for you.
you that was an opportunity for you to be there and be a part of the energy of that, you know, and I know that a lot of that, Teresa is very big into health and the reality of, you know, systems around us and likes to take action, you know, to have cleaner water and all kinds of things. And I think we're living in this age where our eyes are being open to all kinds of things. And to me, a lot of, what was being shared by that candidate.
is eye-opening, facts about how many people are leaving the state, what's happening to family farms. And it's his perspective, and there were a number of issues. And whether you believe in the, if we agree with the solutions proposed, that's another story, but the facts were really eye-opening.
I'm a factual person, man. I facts. You like and have good understanding. All right. So I feel like we're pretty complete here. So let's go back to the initial. Well, thank you for the person to write in and say, hey, what about this topic? Why did why is this really going on? Doomsday? So, yeah, what's our rap if on this time with some keys for working with that type of energy and to move forward into each day in a different light? in light of the way the question came up,
One, I respect where other people's ideas go in that area. If they feel that there's something to be preparing for, usually there's a bigger picture. I suppose that's what I'm really sharing is that it appears to be one thing on the surface, but if I just tune into my sensitivity and my feelings, there's really something else going on there.

My impression for this individual that we know that has a friend or someone close to her that is into the doomsday energy is there's probably a point where they're feeling it's time to look at some areas for themselves. So everything that's moving around me in the outer is really a lot to do with what's going on for me in the inner.
And I like to point to this experience that we had that were, when I look at why am I all of sudden involved in, example, for you, politics, that's not your thing. You you're not really, but there's something, there's a purpose behind it. And another good example would be like, sometimes I'll read a book or I'll be watching a movie or something, and I'm really into that movie. What's behind that? What's...
What is it that I'm really, what is the quality or the concept or the idea or the awakening that I'm moving towards or the regrouping that I'm doing? And not to, it's not really complex. Usually it's like a first impression. It's kind of like, yeah. And when I get that feeling, the main thing is just to trust it like that little aha, you know, there's this feeling that pops up and how do you see that? How do you?
What would be your understanding of it? Well, my understanding of that would be that I mean, trust is the key. Yeah. And I like what you said to about, you know, I, I like to honor where people are at and not to judge and, and or belittle their understanding of life. Because like you're saying, the people that are experiencing the doomsday and I've got to, it's coming to me now actually is that some of those people may have lived back in
you know, where there was rations and there was no food or other time frames in history. there and so those are those are coming up for healing. But they're also experiencing it as, you know, everything's going to be gone doomsday. Like, well, change and preparing for the change. And this time they're prepared and and yeah, maybe moving through it and different light than they did in the past, but not recognizing that that's exactly what's what's really surfacing.

for them. think also like, you know, I think about folks that build these shelters and so forth. And if it helps you make feels more secure, so be it. You feel more secure, you've got a place to go. And you've got, you know, you have that, that there's something in the soul that needs that challenge of that longevity. So I think as well is always
Be aware of that. And if it stimulates you to distrust yourself, then there's something to look at. So, you know, I think it's so important to take things seriously, but be balanced.
