If you've been feeling that lately life doesn't quite fit the same way it's been fitting for maybe most of your life, but you can't put your finger on why exactly and what is going on right now, then today we're gonna have a little chat about it and explain kind of spiritually with a spiritual perspective what's kind of going on right now. And for myself, I've been noticing that there's been some things that I've noticed that myself as well as other people have been.

Verbalizing and I've noticed on social media. So I want to talk about a couple of things. Are you Tommy ready? Sure. Sure. I'm always ready. You are always game to play. Let's do it. So a couple of things that I've noticed is a lot of people have been talking about simplifying life. There's been many of us, and I put my hand up, both hands up, for this is less drama, less tolerant for drama.

There's also been a feeling that we're all between kind of chapters in life and not quite knowing exactly what's go what's going going on right now and what it kind of looks like. And also a feeling of being disconnected from old routines. So that's quite a bit of stuff, Tom, but I just want to kind of dive into a few of those and chat about it today. Well, I'm happy to comment in all those areas. Okay. Well, let's first start with simplifying life because I know what we offer.

And with our reawakened membership and and some of the things we offer is that it's about making everything making spirituality practical. And, you know, that practicality I think throws off a lot of people because I think sometimes it's too simple to understand. So what's your take on that? Well, a lot of what it's all about is, you know, developing that balance between my feelings, my true feelings and my intellect. And the as a soul, we move by desire.

So there's a feeling there. I was picking up on that word earlier today. It's funny that you're bringing this forward or forth from me, in that a desire is more of a feeling. The intellect will interpret the feeling, like let's say I desire to go fishing, or I desire to have a feeling of being free out on the water in a boat. That kind of thing. And so then my intellect says, well.

that feels great. I'll interpret that as a you know, a thought, like a something in the physical world, like a boat or a fishing pole or the dock or whatever. And I think that's a big key, you know, because we've we've talked a lot about how in this environment today, there's a lot of quote concepts and understanding about the spiritual world.

That there's something more. But really, we work a lot with helping people kind of uncover their true feelings. Yeah, it comes back to the feeling, really. Come back to the feeling. The language of spirit is through those, those feeling gifts, you know, the the prophetic part, the visionary part, the intuitive part, and the which one did I forget? Visionary. Visionary. Your gift, your first gift. Visionary part, intuitive part and feeling part. I guess I got all.

Yeah. So those impressions and that's what I have to say about that at this moment. So what else is on your mind? Well, I like that we usually we bring it back to the feeling because that's where the power is. But getting that feeling first and then moving into the intellect and then moving into action. And I know as I move through my days in my muggled job is that most people don't feel.

There's a lot of thinking going on because, you know, that's the programming we have. And you know, and of course, there's we always talk about this, but there's concepts we have about life. And, you know, like let's take a simple one, like life is hard. well, it is if I never get in touch with my true feelings or learn to tune into that inner wisdom. And, you know, one of the big keys for me in the idea of peace and the feeling of peace.

Peace for this month is acceptance. You know, it's easier for me to feel peaceful when I'm more accepting of where others are at. And I know you wanted to get to that to some extent today. Yeah, it's interesting you should talk about that because I think that's what's missing when people are not feeling things, is that there's they're not accepting themselves or perhaps not accepting.

How they interact with others, especially energetically, because I, you know, know a lot of people that, you know, have things going on outside of them with their, say, their their parents or their or their you know children. And it's challenging if you don't understand about how to accept where everybody's at, how to accept that we're all, you know, souls in skin suits, as I like to say. And

understanding, you know, wherever that people are in different places and how do I interact with that and and that awareness can bring so much power behind the ability to have peace and the ability to, you know, not judge and and to be able to accept where other people are at. Yeah. And I am intelligent energy. I'm evolving. And I think a big

aha w moment for me or the new awareness is at it at a a more clear level that if I'm accepting of where I'm at, it's easy to accept a lot easier to accept where others are at and realize that, you know, no matter what drama is going on, that that soul is evolving through that. Yes. It just goes to the less tolerance for drama. Yeah, less tolerance for drama. Right.

I wanted to bring that. I wanted you to get around to that. That's great. Yeah. Yeah, because that's a big deal. And for myself, especially the last few months, I've been like, Yeah, I'm just not going there. When when other people, you know, bring up the subjects that maybe are triggering for a lot of people or they they start bringing in this weird energy. I just, you know, all I've been doing, especially the ones that are close to me, I just listen.

Allow them I allow them to rant or rave and do whatever and I have no response because there's nothing to respond. And I, you know, I I spoke about the buffer zone training and and confused energy a couple episodes ago. And, you know, in reference to that, in reference to understanding that a lot of times the things that come through people's mouths or the rant or the raves or you know, the judging or whatever, oftentimes isn't even their energy. It's another energy that comes around and moves through. So

in the training I've had and recognizing conf what I call confused energy, it really helps me set up a scenario where I'm able to be aware of that when that energy shifts in somebody. And man, can I I can like almost pinpoint it now because I've been doing this for so many years and recognizing, especially regrouping after the fact when things happen that, wait, that wasn't even that person. Cause that's not how they usually act.

And that's when they're relaxed, they it's not a right when they're relaxed and at peace within. So I think that's one key to look at whenever, you know, you listeners out there are interacting with other people is is that really how they act when they're relaxed and in their and and in their own essence of who they are? Yeah, you know, I had a a friend of mine was sharing with me some challenges that he was going through with another person.

And it struck me that you know, there's he got stimulated, you know, because he can't let go of it. It's kind of this ongoing conversation about it and the unfairness or the fear or the something's, you know, not quite right. And we always say in our first seven years, we pick up these habits and attitudes and concepts that really kind of confuse us, you know, that

And one person's concept can stimulate another person's concept, you know. So for example, if a person has a concept that I'm here to save people, you know, I'm gonna go looking for people to save and it's gonna feel like hard work. But if I accept where people are at and realize that everybody's got their own answers, it's just helping them unfold the wisdom they have within and helping, like for me.

When I can be more effective is if I stay relaxed and allow just that feeling of peace often will help others feel more peaceful. You know, it's I I have to when I accept where people are at, I guess I'll get back to that sharing in this idea of peace or, you know, becoming more aware of how to stay more relaxed and peaceful, is that when I'm in my true feelings, you know, my mind is quiet.

It's the Buddhists kind of talk about being selfless, you know, like a and they they talk a lot about a you know, a quiet mind. And you know, when I'm when I'm relaxed, you know, there are no judgmental thoughts, there are no fears. But if I get stimulated, like you know, because of our first seven years, that's when that energy just gets all, you know, hyped up. So for me, acceptance.

on a new level. And one, I have to accept myself, you know, like I I got caught in a another person's drama the other day. And I thought to myself, well, okay, great. I'm still practicing in that area. You know, what part of me thinks I need to clarify something for someone or explain something? You know, and sometimes there is times for me to share something.

usually it's just a key word or phrase or just an understanding, loving kind of, you know, statement or setting my boundaries with somebody. So if I'm work with my guidance, I just find that, you know, things can be more peaceful. Accepting is a big part of, I guess, a spiritual evolution. And we're not, you know

on planet earth, probably people would relate to this, at least in our environments, you know, we want to change everybody or save everybody or, you know, but who am I really wanting to change? Is it me or is it that person? You know, so yeah, and I think this is a good a good part about, you know, like if things don't feel like they're fitting, like life feels different now. And you do have that less tolerance for drama, that's part of the growth. I know, because I, you know, a lot of the of different spiritual leaders I've worked with throughout the years.

have mentioned how, you know, they talk about in spiritual realms that well, you know, you're gonna ascend and you're gonna move into this, it's gonna be all great. But you know what? Moving up doesn't always feel good. Matter of fact, a lot of times we're we're moving through, it's almost like like the birthing process of, you know, breaking through the the, you know, the the water breaks and then you gotta go through the birth canal. And then you know, you went like, Growing pains.

Growing pains. Absolutely. And and so as we go through these experiences and you know, if we have less tolerance for drama and maybe we can speak more authentically or we can, you know, speak up when something doesn't quite feel right for us to maybe, you know, make make things a little more. Well the drama never ends. It's no as I get older, there's always something to be upset about and But it's a new level. Yeah.

And I was sharing people look for relief, you know, they look for relief in the drama and the blah blah blah, you know, kind of a thing. But there is no relief there unless one gets back into my feelings. So what's the solution? Or maybe it's just to let it go, leave it. Well, I was sharing with someone the other day a situation where they were going through something with a parent that's, you know, getting older and

And you know, there's still I I can feel some animosity, some things that they've gone through with this person the whole life, right? And now that it's getting to the end of the life, you know, the big thing is great, when they're gone, they're gone. And I just chimed in a little bit and I was like, you know, the big part about moving through these time frames when, you know, we're expanding and growing and and going through

the generational shifts of, you know, our kids come in and then our parents leave and then we leave. And then is the fact that if you're not at peace with a a person and the situation and the energy behind that, someone else is gonna step in to give you an attract, you're gonna attract that energy back in in another person because maybe the lesson or the experience hasn't quite been finalized yet, to so to speak, or mastered. And again, like we're saying, I mean, there's

levels upon levels upon levels of mastery with, you know, working with someone that maybe, you know, get you goat and someone that, you know, like that triggers you and and but it's that moment when you can stay relaxed with it. And, you know, again, the key word this month is peace. And so when you can experience peace with that, and I say you, but also myself when I'm working with people, it it brings me to another level of awareness. And then the next person and the next opportunity that comes through for growth.

And the and the you know, the experience, I'll have a different perspective on working with it. Does that ring a bell, Tom? Yeah, you know, it when I realize, like in a situation I was in recently, you know, I'm just practicing. I got caught up in the gossip and the drama, not you know, there's and it never seems to you know, when those situations and those conversations occur, there's no relief there. It's just this ongoing, you know, you know you've got

some help or someone's got some help with that confused energy that they, you know, can attract. So yeah, sometimes it's just best to, you know, change the subject, but allow myself to feel peaceful, to feel acceptance rather than be convinced I'm supposed to suffer, you know, through it all. and just give myself a break, you know, that okay, I'm just practicing. All right. Yep.

I got a little caught there. You know, ask my guidance. Okay. In fact, I did this the other day or recently, real recently, and I said, Okay, I got caught up in that kind of gossipy energy or this judgmental energy. What's how do I? And they, you know, they I I ask for a solution. And you know, they it's really for me, it was as simple as saying, okay, I got caught up in that. I see.

That it didn't really help it. So next time I'm going to practice just letting it go. You know, or setting my boundaries. Okay. I really don't have time to talk about this right now. I need to move forward with whatever productive thing I was doing. You know, not in a a bitchy way, but more in a just, okay, I you know, gotta set my boundaries. And that's interesting because I look at letting go as it's actually giving more space.

For myself and for, you know, maybe another opportunity versus what, you know, I've been working with. And I think that's a big thing too is you know, like there's a maybe a feeling of disconnection from like old routines and maybe family members or people we've been working with for a long time that's happening right now. That's also stimulating a lot of people, and I say myself too, for, you know, how to move how to keep going when I don't feel connected with

doing this specific thing or being around this specific person. Yeah. For me, it's realizing that what I'm not feeling connected to is my old habits. Because in the past, I would have and I have to watch this, I'd have jumped right on board with the whole gossip and judging and they shouldn't have done this and they should do this. And and so as I caught myself, I was like, you know, that person's doing the best they know how. That's a soul that's evolving.

And you know, there's not too many instances really that we walk into in daily life where I have to really set my boundaries clear. You know, we we live in a pretty benevolent, safe, free society for the, you know, 99% of my experience, right? So, but I just really realize the less I'm judging myself, the less I judge others. It's just that simple. But I have as how I grow spiritually and like where these some subscriptions come into play or

you know, having a way to regroup with my guidance w in a kind of a structured format is as I I realize, in that situation, I'm actually kind of judging myself. I'm feeling a little fear or I didn't I'm more aware of that now. So why you know, what's in other words, and then work with my guidance to what do I gonna replace that with? Mm-hmm. And then and then

lately it's like, okay, just relax. I'm just practicing. You know, I'm just practicing. But I notice once I identify it and I really take that step to within a in a little while, like a couple more experiences, I seem to start to release it. What people do, and what I've done before, I know I relate to this. In other words, when I say that, I'm just saying I relate to.

Continually doing the old habit that I used to always do, that I probably copied from one of my parents, or I've been doing for lifetimes of judging or getting caught in the unfairness or, you know, whatever it is. I mean, things can be unfair, but just recognize it and move on. You know, how what's my s what's the solution? You know, if I ask myself, what's the solution? How do I move forward with what I desire to do? How do you, Tom?

Well, that's what I was sharing about was in just really asking my guidance when I'm gosh, I I keep I keep reverting to my old habits, my old way of thinking about things. Then what do I do? What can I do differently next time? Or and sometimes the answer doesn't come right away, but in a little while I could go, I get a that's a better way to share that with someone or so one key is listening to your intuition versus the outside.

of what the outside world is trying to put on us and trying to have us adopt as the as you know our truth. It's like really inside of us, we have so much wisdom. And I know that's one thing I guess I've I would say I recognize over the last few, you know, months and years really is that the awareness is even stronger than it's ever been before. And so my awareness in in recognizing what am I actually working with every day.

When I go to work, okay, so what am I working with with these people, with these billing managers, with the situation that I'm in? And and at home too and other places, it's just, you know, that but getting my insights for what I need to work with when I move in and out of these situations has really been I would say it's been amplified, definitely. So everything's energy. This is what occurs to me. And when I got

Caught up in gossip or judging somebody's actions or their approach to something. I'm really creating a pool of negative energy rather than a healing positive energy or positive light. But as you say, this gets reinforced in our society a lot. You know, in other words, the confusion reinforces the confusion. If I'm just working off my, you know,

moral issues or the old habits and attitudes. And it's important to have boundaries. We need, you know, the rules and regulations or so that we respect each other and can all be free as possible. But you know, in what ways do I enslave myself by staying in those old habits? Well, but sometimes they're hard to get out of because I know for myself when I'm in different situations with groups of people, like, you know, misery loves

company company. And so to not commiserate and not to bitch and to not, you know, judge others with people, it almost it it's it has actually made me kind of stand off to the side and that's been really weird for myself because I've noticed that when, you know, people are especially bitching about, you know, political things or things going on. And I just I you know, I don't go there because I don't need to go there. But it's just it's interesting the dynamics that I feel around

I guess that's probably the newness. That's what that's the thing that feels like it sometimes doesn't fit to where I used to be because it's it's unknown territory. Because this is not how I rolled in the in the past. Before in the past I would roll with, yeah, let me bitch with you and let me complain and let me or honestly for myself, especially the last couple of years, I would just go along with the narrative. Because I wasn't because I didn't believe in the narrative that was going on, but I went along with it because

I can't share my truth or I wasn't able to share, and I'm still really not able to share my truths with people because it's it would go up against what they believe and up against what what they you know what's hardcore in their in their concepts. So I mean, you know, you're what I hear you saying and is I'm beginning to accept there's stages we all go through in the growth. Like there's kind of a

That's what strikes me is it's like, I recognize and then I kind of pull back from everything until I have, you know, a better way. So, but you know, it's great it's great to just be involved and keep well, we're gonna we every day we wake up, we're gonna go through life. I mean, we're gonna evolve one way or another. We are evolving. Yeah, we and it and so are every is everybody around me. I think that's the

The helpful realization, you know, because I feel that. It's like, that soul, I don't fear death as much. you know, that's something I'm looking to really heal, you know, any any of those concepts, but you know, reinforce that it's just transition, that everybody I'm working with, playing with, being around, they're they're just souls evolving as well. And there's gonna be certain areas are gonna stimulate me.

In certain areas because I've attracted that to, you know, to learn more about myself. But the more that I accept it, I go, like, I can get caught in that gossip. You know, I I accept that, relax with it. Don't judge the hell out of myself because I got caught up in gossip again. But it's how do I move through that? So it's easy to say those things, but what's the feeling? I I have to work with my guidance, what I've what's worked for me.

Is asking my guidance to come close and giving me help me tune into my true feeling. How would they, how do they move through that as a master soul? How did they move through those situations and opportunities? And every time I do it, you know, and I get that feeling from them that the answers in my feelings, it's in my impressions.

That I get excited in a sense, like, or I get inspired. it's not a nervous existence, it's like, yes, it's that's my million dollar learning experience, is that now I've converted that. So rather than live this, you know, pattern of I'm a sinner, then I gotta confess my sins, you know, this is my particular religious background. And then I did it again, but I go get, you know, so.

How do I start to expand beyond it? I mean, everybody's looking for a better way. That's what strikes me. Every time, you know, we brought up this idea that old things aren't, old patterns aren't fitting. That's that's it's not that I'm doing anything where I could do much different in terms of like where I work or my hobbies or my relationships. It's more how do I move through that?

It's analogous to it's not, you know, what I say, it's how I say it. And then and that's great. People are beginning to go, hey, there's gotta be a better way. I wanna just propose one more thing that we recently you and I watched on a podcast and it was talking about this gentleman was talking about when we come back into these lives and how everything is erased of what we've experienced before. This was really freaking cool, I thought. I saw that, yeah. Yeah, we watched it together and

I thought it was so profound because then afterwards you and I were regrouping about it. And this kind of goes back to two, like, you know, how how things fit and how, you know, as we move through life, sometimes it doesn't it doesn't feel like we're in the same place we used to be and and it feels weird and uncomfortable. And but just imagining when we when we come back in and how we start at zero with and everything's been a race that we knew. And that's why throughout the the journey we

We you know, we remember, we recall, we have some of us have past life exp you know, memories and experiences that come back and and all of those pieces and some of those pieces, and some people may never have a lot of those pieces, but or there's even a quest, like the quest of why am I even here? What is this all about? That is part of a spiritual journey also, depending upon how people label it, you know, but and recognizing the importance that

How that was erased, everything was erased before we came back in here. I thought that was really interesting. Yeah, it makes sense to me. I mean, you know, when you look at a little brain, the baby's brain, it's not programmed and they need to learn how to as you're learning with your new grandson, you know, they've gotta program the brain to be able to walk. my god, everything. To able to, you know, what you had a little face plant the other day because of something, you know, funny and you just forget.

That you don't I forgot 'cause it's been a long time since I was a little baby, but that you just your body just doesn't work certain ways. You know, it needs to learn to do that. As a drummer, I realized I learned new grooves and new beats and things. And I I understand and I'm aware of the process of learning, you know, it but it's amazing how once I program the beat in there, it's like the muscle memory kicks in and I don't even think about it. It just

It's just something I can do, you know, the the more that I learn it. So that makes perfect sense to me. I had this big insight when we were watching that the other day, like, you know, and again, it was just reminding me that yes, you know, pretty obvious. I don't like I I don't vividly remember my last lifetime or previous lifetimes. I have inklings. But I had this feeling again through my

Four gifts, you know, I had this feeling of like, yeah, if I brought in all that, what do we call that when the stuff that you bring in baggage? If I brought in all that baggage from my la my regrets from the last lifetime and things you did and yeah, you know, and it's a good thing I went back out and regrouped in the universe and and came back and had a fresh start. Like it just in my feeling, my true feelings, like I

my sensitivity said, yeah, that's perfect, because otherwise I'd be too consumed. Like I couldn't handle it. It's it's and the and the truth of it all is that, you know, we're nobody's ever done anything wrong. We're just all souls learning and growing. And there's usually a spiritual reason why someone comes into and then they get off track. They get confused and then they don't, you know, live their thrust and and

you know, when you talk about some of these leaders of the past who've done crazy stuff, you know. Mm-hmm. So they all came in with a positive purpose. It's just they got confused along the way. Yeah. And so I guess bringing that up, because it kind of, you know, it goes along with if ha if things are feeling kind of weird right now and you can't quite put your finger on what exactly it is, well, you know, just looking at the progression of our lives, the progression of of these lifetimes or this lifetime, I should say, not these, this lifetime.

And how important it is that each thing we are experiencing and the people that are around us and the ways that we're growing and expanding and doing it in your unique way. I think that's, you know, a good thing. So I hope you know, we hope that you might have gotten some good insights this week from our short little chat of r regarding, you know, how where things are at and and some ideas that may have, you know, we've given you to kind of percolate over a bit, so to speak.

Yeah, for me in summary, it's just looking into my feelings, my true feelings, that good, kind, loving, sharing part of me and those that inner wisdom that comes through the impressions that I get. And remember I have help. I have guidance that if that the world is a benevolent place. If I just tune into the system that we've got here, you know, is a beautiful system for a soul to learn and grow. And we're gonna do it one way or another.

Indeed we are, Tom. Yeah. So we want to thank you again for listening to another episode of Enthusiastically Spiritual. We appreciate you very much.
