No matter where you're at in your journey, being able to gather a feeling that would support you in exactly where you're at is really important. So in this episode, I want to gather and share with you a feeling that I've been able to cultivate and actually really acknowledge and honor as I move into different ages of my life and stages of my life. So stick with me and we'll share this journey together. And
So today I'm celebrating being on the planet for 58 years. And I don't take my birthdays lightly. And matter of fact, I'm very excited about my birthdays. I'm a Leo and I I love to celebrate birthdays. I know there's a lot of people that I've come in contact with that could care less about their birthdays or the importance of this moment when they came into the planet. But for myself, there really is, I mean, I'm excited. I'm excited for.
That moment in time when I decided it's time to come back in and begin again. So being able to acknowledge on really my birthday, which is an important moment, as well as though every single day, how important our solo journey is, and being able to feel into the significance of why we're here right now in this moment in time and what we are doing with this time frame.
So as I look back, usually around my birthday, we go away, we go camping and we do some time of fun event together, Tom and I. And this year it was a lot different because we're both working. Tom had, ironically enough, four gigs right in a row, as well as working in the morning and then a gig at night. So it was definitely a much different birthday experience. So I say birthday weekend, but because my this, you know, was before my birthday.
But being able to have some time by myself and exploring my solo journey and the last 58 years and beyond has been important for me. And I look back at and feel into there's been a lot of lifetimes where I didn't make it to 58. And so in recognizing the importance of the time I've had this lifetime and the t the time I still have until I'm done.
What do I do at that time and how do I spend it? And who do I surround myself with? These for myself are important keys to having a good solo journey. And, you know, there's a lot of emphasis this day and coming into, you know, the new energies right now and moving into 20 later 2026, 2027, beyond, of collaborating with others, of coming together with teamwork and really.
building up the energy around teamwork and that, you know, collaboration. And I totally feel that. And I know for myself, you know, working with this podcast, it's been, you know, six years. I started solo and then I moved into working with Tom and now working with Tom and Tiger for certain parts of the of, you know, the podcasts I'm doing. And the amazing energy behind that has been really profound. So I recognize
The importance of teamwork. I recognize the importance of my solo journey. So bringing them together and recognizing what is an energy that I've been able to again cultivate and really recognize as a big part of being in this moment and feeling into all that I'm feeling. And the word is gratitude. For myself, I've recognized that.
The moments I didn't give gratitude before. I just kind of, you know, went through life, laissez faire, so to speak, and not really recognizing the importance of what I'm doing and and the moments I have. I don't think I was feeling as fulfilled, but these days I am much more fulfilled. These days as I'm giving gratitude, especially for every day I wake up and I'm have another moment here, right? I mean, there's so many people that have, you know, physical ailments or
People have passed on, especially in my life too. I've lost a lot of close loved ones through the years. And that ever with every passing death and transition, it's given me a moment to recognize the power of gratitude and the power of being thankful for where I'm at right now. And that comes to also giving gratitude for the things I've accomplished and the things you've accomplished and how those things have.
honestly built up a power, an energy to to what's coming, to the next thing and the next thing, and giving gratitude for all of those accomplishments along the way. And definitely giving gratitude for the people who have shown up in in life. And for myself, I've been very gr I've been very blessed, I'll say, and filled with
some really amazing people along my path. And and looking back, a lot of those people are no longer even around me right now. But the moments they showed up and the things that we accomplished or the the memories that I have etched in my heart are so profound and so important. So really giving gratitude is for myself a big deal. And so however
You can cultivate gratitude for where you're at, even if it doesn't look exactly how you want it to look. Or maybe you're having physical challenges or, you know, energetic challenges of, you know, where am I at and what am I doing and how am I moving forward? Taking time for yourself. And it can be as simple as, you know, taking a walk outside where you have some quiet time, meditating, which honestly, I don't meditate too much, but that quiet time is good. So
However, you can cultivate having some time, some solo moments where you can capture the feeling of gratitude and really emphasize what your solo journey is all about and how far you've gotten in your solo journey. You know, some people only come in for a few years, some people come in for a hundred years. It's it's all individual and it's all perfect in what it is.
So I just wanted to share a little bit of that energy of gratitude as I move into my 59th year, the last year of my 50s, and giving great thanks for all the people that have shown up in my life, all the events and the obstacles and challenges that I've been through, because they've all built me up in a way that is supportive, even the bad stuff, if you want to call it bad. So
In that note, wherever you're at, whether it's your birthday, not whether you've had your birthday, your birthday's coming up, think of every day as your birthday. When you wake up every morning, go, I'm so filled with gratitude for being here in this moment in time. And it's like a new birth. And that's how I even look at every single day. So, but on this special day of the sun and Leo and me and my birthday, there's definitely an a higher energy around.
Giving gratitude. So thank you wherever you're at on the planet for listening in to another mini morsel episode of Enthusiastically Spiritual. I appreciate it and would love to hear in the comments how you find gratitude for your solo journey. What are some things that you do? Would love for you to leave that information down below. And until next time, just remember that life is too short to not be enthusiastic about your unique journey.
