Krista tells me how she owned her first business at the ripe age of 18 and how going through a difficult divorce made her really explore and decipher what was at the essence of her motivational drive. She came to realise that she loved creating a safe space for people, which led her to pursue her endeavor in such things as nutrition, NLP therapy and so much more.
Although Krista has pushed through her difficult times, this taught her that anything else she may face would be easy in comparison.
