Today we go live with well renowned American businessman Chris Voss, former FBI hostage negotiator, the CEO of The Black Swan Group Ltd, and co-author of the book ‘Never Split the Difference’.

Chris was the lead international kidnapping negotiator for the FBI prior to 2008, as well as their hostage negotiation representative for the National Security Council’s Hostage Working Group.  This legend has represented the U.S government at international conferences as well as served as the lead Crisis Negotiator for the New York City Division of the FBI.  If that wasn’t enough of a testament… Chris was also trained in the art of negotiation by Scotland Yard and Harvard Law School!
