Our guest today is Jonathan Taylor. Jonathan has been in the health and fitness field for over fifteen years. He has trained all different populations including athletes, adults, and individuals with chronic pain, as well as coming back from injury. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, movement coach, fitness and movement educator, as well as a dedicated practitioner.
