And there was"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":332.5,"endTime":337.78,"body":"a cartographer named Mercator,"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":338.02,"endTime":341.05,"body":"and he was a Flemish geographer,"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":338.02,"endTime":341.05,"body":"cartographer, and he came up"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":341.05,"endTime":345.49,"body":"with this cylindrical projection"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":341.05,"endTime":345.49,"body":"in 1569. And that has been"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":345.49,"endTime":348.76,"body":"dominant ever since, like I"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":345.49,"endTime":348.76,"body":"said, especially North America"},{"speaker":"JJ Hunt","startTime":348.76,"endTime":352.99,"body":"and Europe.
