(0:00) Shh. (0:02) Tom, you shouldn't tell everybody all these secrets. (0:06) What do you mean? Why should I not tell them these secrets? (0:11) Oh, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back.(0:15) Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. (0:18) Welcome all you yuppers. Oh, I love that intro.(0:23) And secrets, secrets. (0:26) Yes, I must confess that the secrets of the universe are being revealed to me even as we speak. (0:36) Well, why are you a nobody then, Tom? (0:39) Ha, ha, ha.(0:40) For one, I'm not a nobody and that's the first secret. (0:44) And yes, my life is improving. (0:47) Am I Mark Zuckerberg or Elon Musk? (0:53) No, I'm not, thank God.(0:55) I hope to be a much better person than that. (0:59) And those of you that are fans, I apologize to you for that. (1:03) I think at least Elon from time to time appears to have some virtuous traits.(1:11) But, ah, what a guy that's clouded in mystery. (1:16) But let's not get stuck there. (1:18) Hey, welcome.I so love and appreciate you. (1:23) And I truly mean that. (1:25) Those of you that are out there seeking and struggling and slogging to be better, to be whole, to be more, to live a better life, (1:35) to be an asset to your community, to be an asset to your family, (1:40) to be a benefit to those that are around you, to find meaning in existing as a positive influence on humanity, (1:53) that is, oh gosh, you know, yupper.(1:59) I don't know what the exact definition is. (2:02) You know, I've never thought to sit down and find the exact definition. (2:06) It is, you know, there's all this rage about group seven, and I don't even know what that means.(2:13) It's a brilliant marketing ploy. (2:15) I just give you credit. (2:18) Whoever thought of that, I give you credit for that.(2:22) It is amazing. (2:24) You're appealing to what appears to be, and I don't even know how to define this, those that are waking up. (2:33) Now, a yupper, you're somebody, you know that there are things in your life that you struggle with, (2:39) and you know that it affects you, and it affects those around you, and you're looking to leave those behind.(2:47) You're not stuck in your ways. (2:49) You haven't dug in your heels, but yet you come up against things, and they seem impossible. (2:57) And that's what I want to address in this podcast.(3:00) That's what I'm trying to address in this podcast, because like you, I'm in the middle of it. (3:05) I have not even come close to arriving, but I am on the journey. (3:11) And for those of you out there, maybe I'm a little ahead of you.(3:16) Maybe some of you are a little ahead of me. (3:18) If that's the case, start a podcast, send me your link, and I'm going to listen because I want to move ahead. (3:24) I feel like, and this may be an arrogant statement, learn from just about anybody, (3:32) but maybe that is not true because, well, I'm not even going to go there.(3:38) I'm not sure that I can learn from Joe Biden. (3:43) Yeah, that Saturday Night Alive where they did the Joe Biden thing. (3:48) Oh my gosh, hilarious.(3:50) But let's not get too far from the truth. (3:52) One of the secrets of the universe that I want to reveal to you today (3:57) is one that happened to me as I was falling asleep, (4:01) and it was an ongoing dream that I had that was beautiful. (4:05) And I think it is a foundational principle, (4:09) and it really interrupted what I was going to have as a podcast sequence (4:14) because it has such a profound effect on me.(4:18) And I think it was a culmination, and not completely, but like, you know, (4:25) excuse me, phases. (4:28) It's my nicotine, knickknacks. (4:31) It's my favorite nicotine, and if you haven't discovered nicotine, (4:36) knickknack is a great alternative to what you're going to find in the Zen (4:40) and the other pouches out there that have a lot of other stuff in them (4:45) that are not necessarily good for you.(4:50) Nicotine just has so many benefits. (4:54) One of them is that if you're suffering still from long COVID, (4:59) it really helps mitigate that and get you back on track (5:04) if you're still experiencing fatigue from long COVID. (5:08) And the other thing, and this is only anecdotal, (5:11) I'm totally sidetracked now from the secrets of the universe, (5:14) is when I'm taking nicotine, which I do on a regular basis, (5:19) occasionally I run out, and yes, I probably do take too much (5:23) because I don't think you need very much.(5:25) I think a milligram or milligram and a half is probably more than enough (5:30) every day, which is a very small amount. (5:33) I don't get sick. (5:35) It is pretty amazing.(5:38) And the neurocognitive benefits are also amazing. (5:45) But back to the stream. (5:46) I was listening to some music as I fall asleep, as I often do, (5:50) and often I listen to it throughout the whole night.(5:53) I put some headphones on, and I know it's not the best thing (5:57) with the electromagnetic stuff on your head, (6:00) but some nights it just really helps me. (6:06) Not that my mind races, (6:08) because I'm going to do a podcast here in a bit, not the next one, (6:12) but the one after just about how to get that tape in your head (6:16) to stop playing. (6:20) But I'm looking at my little board on my controller here, (6:25) and I like to see how much time I'm taking, (6:28) and I've spent six and a half minutes just doing the intro.(6:32) I haven't even got to the dream yet, so let's get to the dream. (6:36) As I was falling asleep, and it's more just a reoccurring theme (6:41) than it was a dream, but it had depth. (6:44) The theme had depth, and it expanded as I was in my unconscious state (6:51) into this beautiful reality that I think... (6:57) No, I don't think.(6:59) I know is key for unlocking the secrets of the universe, (7:04) and really what I mean by that is creating the reality that you desire, (7:10) that you were meant to live. (7:13) And I know that is kind of a loaded statement, (7:16) and I'm not going to get into it when you mean you were meant to live, (7:19) and what does all that imply? (7:25) I'll just say this. (7:26) I believe that you have a purpose, and let's talk about that.(7:31) And your purpose is more than slogging, striving to just eke out a living, (7:38) and buy the house, buy the car, buy the ATVs, buy the boat, (7:45) go out on the weekends to make sure you have fun, (7:48) because that's what you do, and then you go back, (7:51) and you slug it out during the week. (7:53) I believe your reality and my reality have so much more in them than that, (8:02) and I believe it isn't even that, that we've been stuck in a place (8:08) that isn't that place. (8:11) Tom, get on with the dream.(8:14) All this stuff is like, I want to shut you off, (8:17) and so will you please just tell me, give me the nugget so I can turn you off (8:22) and so I can do something else. (8:27) Oh, a little self-deprecation there. (8:30) No, I know that you are faithful, (8:33) and I only want you to listen as long as you are receiving information (8:40) that actually helps you change and improve your life.(8:44) So as I was falling asleep, I was listening, (8:48) and this song came up, and the lyrics that were, (8:54) not a song with incredible depth, but the lyrics are powerful, (9:01) and it just kept repeating and repeating, (9:04) and as I fell asleep, the words just kept repeating and repeating, (9:09) and I know there was other music playing, (9:12) and maybe it was associated with this, (9:15) and there was a theme going on because I believe that happens (9:19) as I engage in this reality of this song with intention. (9:24) I believe that I probably actually changed my reality (9:29) as I was sleeping in my unconscious, (9:31) and you're like, what? (9:34) Can that even happen? (9:37) And we're going to get into some deep stuff, not in this podcast. (9:41) Well, this is going to be deep, but in even upcoming podcasts (9:45) about reality and what is it, (9:49) and you really are living in the reality that you choose, (9:56) and you may not like that because your reality may really suck, (10:01) and I just encourage you to hang on and keep going with me here (10:06) as we get into this and really unlock the secrets of the universe.(10:12) Hang on. My phone went off, and we all have this dopamine response. (10:18) My wife's asking if we need anything at the store, (10:23) and I actually do need something from Costco, (10:28) but I'm just going to tell her no because I don't really know.(10:34) And here we go because life goes on, (10:37) and really the only text that I respond to as I'm podcasting is my wife, (10:42) but let's get into this song. (10:46) What is this song? (10:48) The song, I don't even know the name of it, (10:50) but I'm sure this is the name because these are the lyrics that are repeated. (10:54) Drinking from the well that never runs dry.(10:58) And as I was falling asleep, (11:00) those words just kept repeating, (11:03) drinking from the well that never runs dry, (11:07) and my thoughts were like, (11:08) drinking from the well that never runs dry, (11:11) drinking from the well, (11:13) and I'm like, there's no lack in that, (11:17) and as I'm falling asleep, there's no lack, (11:19) and I'm thinking, wow, there's incredible abundance, (11:23) and as I'm losing consciousness, (11:26) I filled my mind with those words, (11:30) and I just let them resonate. (11:32) I let them go into the depths of the wrinkles and the folds of my brain. (11:38) I let them flow from my brain into the parts of my body, (11:43) to my thyroid, to the depths of my toes, (11:47) to the ends of my finger, (11:49) that there's abundance, (11:51) and abundance in everything.(11:55) And one of the best nights, (11:58) I have no idea what other music was playing, (12:01) but in my mind was, bam, bam, bam, (12:05) there is abundance, there is abundance, (12:07) there is not lack, there is abundance. (12:10) What is that abundance? (12:11) There is abundance of energy, (12:13) there's an abundance of happiness, (12:15) there's an abundance of bliss, (12:17) there's an abundance of joy. (12:20) This connotation is abundance of the positive.(12:26) You may be experiencing abundance in the negative. (12:28) That is not what I'm talking about. (12:31) This is the abundance that appears, (12:34) and often in our own mindsets, (12:37) elusive and rare, (12:40) and just very scarce.(12:45) And as I'm falling asleep, (12:47) drinking from the well that never runs dry. (12:50) How often do you drink? (12:52) You drink often, (12:53) and if you don't, you should. (12:56) But my thirst was just filled.(12:59) Hang on, here's another message from my wife. (13:02) Let's see here, my lovely bride. (13:09) Um, let's see.(13:12) Hmm, nut butters. (13:19) Oh, here, I gotta respond to her. (13:22) I don't, I didn't, (13:26) I don't think I know of, (13:35) you're like, this is great podcasting or anything.(13:39) We need, um, (13:46) I am podcasting, (13:54) pod, poor podcasting (14:01) at this time. (14:05) This, this, oh, these fat fingers. (14:10) All right.(14:13) Let's see, maybe that will stop the text. (14:16) My wife is like the most important thing (14:19) on this physical earth. (14:21) So even though I'm podcasting, (14:23) I'm going to respond to her, (14:24) and you guys get to participate.(14:26) You're like, we don't want to participate. (14:29) Part of this abundance is, (14:33) um, and I'll get into this, (14:35) hopefully in a later podcast, (14:36) but just so you guys know, (14:38) I love her so much, (14:40) and I'm always going to respond to her (14:43) and let her know she's the most important thing. (14:45) She can even interrupt my podcasting (14:48) because there is an abundance (14:49) that I am building in my relationship (14:53) with her to make it deeper and further.(14:58) And so it's manifest in our conversations. (15:01) It's manifest in our physical relationship. (15:04) I want abundance there.(15:07) And so that's why I'm responding to her. (15:10) So in this dream, (15:11) as I woke up, (15:13) it just continued through the whole night. (15:17) Abundance, there is no lack.(15:20) And I realized how profound this experience was. (15:23) This was a divine orchestrated experience, (15:27) and I don't know what you think of all that. (15:29) You know that I equate the divine, (15:31) the quantum realm, all that stuff.(15:34) Wherever you believe the source is, (15:36) there is a source, (15:37) and this was from that source. (15:40) This was divine. (15:42) Because as you move into a new reality, (15:47) you have to have the core belief (15:51) there is abundance for everyone.(15:56) And not everyone's going to go after it. (15:59) Not everyone's going to get to the place (16:01) where they want that new reality. (16:04) But it is so important (16:06) that you have that core belief, (16:09) the belief your reality can change.(16:11) There's enough for you. (16:12) There's enough for your family. (16:14) There's enough for your neighbors.(16:16) There's enough for your friends. (16:18) There's even enough for your enemies, (16:20) the people you may never get along with. (16:22) And maybe they're not your enemies, (16:24) you just don't like them.(16:25) There is enough for everyone. (16:28) And it has to be a core belief (16:31) or you can never envision a new reality (16:33) because if you are coming from a place of lack, (16:38) there is no room for a new reality (16:41) because what are the resources (16:42) that are going to fuel that new reality? (16:45) If it's energy, if it's money, (16:49) if it's like new housing (16:50) or if it's like healthy relationships (16:54) and all you know is dysfunction (16:56) and angst in your relationships (16:59) or in your income, (17:02) you're always just barely not enough (17:05) or it's barely enough. (17:06) And there's never enough to get ahead.(17:10) Through our experiences in this world, (17:14) we develop these beliefs (17:16) and they have to change. (17:19) And so a mindset of abundance (17:22) and what a blessing this song has come from. (17:26) And if you want to begin to have that mindset (17:29) and granted this experience, (17:32) I think was something (17:33) that I subconsciously orchestrated (17:36) because my mind has been turned to that (17:39) and I have been creating this new reality (17:41) that I'm living in.(17:43) And now it hasn't happened instantly (17:45) but it is happening. (17:48) And as I put intention, (17:50) I talk to you often about intention. (17:53) Intention is so important and powerful (17:58) that it begins to change things.(18:02) I have an intention towards abundance (18:06) and what's the easiest way to get to abundance? (18:10) What's the first thing that popped into your mind? (18:13) I'm thinking it's gratitude. (18:16) And as you look at your current situations (18:20) and you have gratitude there, (18:22) you're beginning to develop a mindset of abundance (18:26) for what you have (18:28) and maybe what you have is not enough (18:31) but you're finding a place of gratitude (18:33) and you're finding a place (18:35) to leverage gratitude into abundance. (18:41) And as you get there, (18:42) then it's easier for your mind (18:45) to begin to envision the well that never runs dry (18:50) and you're drinking from that well (18:53) that never runs dry.(18:55) Gratitude is that lever (18:57) that begins to move the boulder, (19:01) the boulder of the experiences you've had (19:04) of being taken advantage of, (19:08) not having enough, lack, (19:11) dysfunctional relationships. (19:13) This boulder is the weight (19:15) of all that you have experienced in your life. (19:20) And as you are listening to this podcast, (19:22) you can imagine all that stuff into this boulder (19:27) and now find that place of gratitude (19:30) that those experiences, (19:34) find that place of gratitude (19:35) that they have helped make you strong.(19:38) Whatever that place is (19:41) and the lever going under that boulder (19:45) and as you express gratitude, (19:48) the pressure going on that lever (19:49) and beginning to move that boulder. (19:54) And as it begins to roll, (19:56) you can feel the pressure come off of you (20:00) and you can feel relief (20:02) and you can begin to envision a new reality, (20:08) the reality where you are drinking (20:11) from the well that never runs dry. (20:15) My friends, I'm going to leave you with that.(20:18) We're at about 20-ish minutes into this podcast. (20:22) Hey, I so love and appreciate you (20:26) and look forward to the next time I get to see you (20:32) and hey, I got you. (20:35) I do go out there and do something amazing.(20:38) Have a great day. (20:46) We will see you later.
