Podcast Summary — EWOT: The Most Powerful Exercise You’re Not Doing

In this episode, Tombo Baldwin dives into one of the most effective, time-saving, body-transforming tools he and Adryann discovered on their post-cancer wellness journey: EWOT — Exercise With Oxygen Training.

Tombo starts by sharing the funny origin of his nickname “Tombo,” born from his teenage obsession with Rambo and his own rough-around-the-edges story growing up. From there, he shifts into a real talk moment about finding balance between over-exercise and no exercise, confessing how life, work, and responsibilities have pulled him away from the gym — and why that makes efficient training more important than ever.

He introduces EWOT as a powerful, science-backed method that supercharges even short workouts. Using a massive 900-liter oxygen bag and a sealed mask, EWOT floods the body with 92% oxygen while you train, boosting recovery, performance, and — most of all — detoxification. Tombo shares his setup, pairing EWOT with the AI-driven Carroll bike, and talks about the intense benefits he felt… along with the brutal detox that followed when he overdid it like a “typical man ignoring instructions.”

You’ll hear his tips for handling the detox wave — ozonated water, methylene blue, deuterium-depleted water — and why moderation matters when you’re clearing out years of environmental toxins.

This is a practical, encouraging episode for anyone who wants to feel better, train smarter, and get serious about long-term health without spending hours in the gym. As always, Tombo brings honesty, humor, compassion, and a good kick in the pants.

Key themes:
– EWOT explained: how oxygen-enhanced training works
– Why detox can feel rough — and why that’s a good sign
– Combining EWOT with the Carroll AI bike
– Overcoming extremes: death-by-exercise vs. no exercise
– Self-care, healing, and choosing long-term health
– Tombo’s signature blend of story, heart, humor, and tough love

Tombo wraps the episode with a reminder he gives every week:

(Transcribed by TurboScribe.ai. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) Hey guys, Tom Baldwin back here again. Tombo Baldwin, as I like to be called. Do you guys know the story? Hey, let me hit the music and I'll kind of tell you the story behind my name here. Here he is, Tom Baldwin. This is amazing what you can do with a soundboard. Oh my gosh, I just cracked myself up. So, let me just quick give you kind of the background of Tombo and where that came from. Oh, what was it? Back in the 80s, the first Rambo movie that came out and angry young teenager in the 80s. You never know it because I always had a smile plastered on me. But between testosterone and being a divorced child and oh gosh, so many other issues being exposed to stuff I shouldn't have as a child. And just kind of a messed up, mixed up mental emotional space. I was attracted to the first Rambo movie, First Blood, Sylvester Stallone, when he's basically a Vietnam vet that comes back. Totally misunderstood, just walk in the country and gets in this hick town and encounters an insensitive person, a sheriff that doesn't like him because he's different. And they don't want to deal with maybe his potential problems and begins a battle. And just the sheriff like gets in too deep with Rambo and Rambo takes some pretty severe revenge on him with his skills and training to the point where the sheriff suffers a lot and then dies. I believe at the end it's since the 80s, I haven't watched it that much. But in the 80s, I think my last count was like 51 times or something like that. Crazy time. So my friends just naturally, since I love Rambo, became Tombo. And the joke just kind of said, so now, you know, and it's not necessarily who I am now. I like the name Tombo because I am a warrior for the hurt and wounded and including myself. I never, I've had to have a lot of healing. I have a lot of compassion for people. But today we're not going to go down that road today. I'm going to talk to you about a really exciting new technology. And I don't even know how new it is, but new to Adrian and I that we adopted after her cancer journey when we were really looking for like supplements and different modalities to really help, you know, her detox her body just to begin to create clean as possible environment for her body to function. Well, and, you know, making those dietary changes. So she just really we are just doing everything we can in this physical realm and being diligent to just do what we're responsible for. And we also operate in the quantum realm and we use spiritual technologies as well from the podcast before. If you haven't listened to it, I encourage you to listen to secret number two spiritual technologies where we get into some of those technologies. But in this physical realm, and I was looking back, this is a little bit of a side note, but I look back to a podcast that I did called Death by Exercise. And interestingly enough, one of the top podcasts I've done with with a lot of downloads and I just talked about how people can just really over exercise and like marathon and ultra runners like, you know, the first marathon, you know, the dude died running, you know, that distance to deliver a message. I forget it was it was that in regards to it was an invasion. I'm gonna have to go. Look, I knew what it was and how now we've adopted these things, which actually killed people in the past when they ran that far. And, you know, in that story, I don't believe that fellow was conditioned. He was running, you know, through an emergency. But the point of the podcast is that in in our culture and stuff, we have two extremes. We have the obese, which I fall into these days. But what's really interesting is when I when I was young, I really fell into the category of death by exercise. And I could easily spend four or five, six hours in the gym like every day. I loved it. And I was totally a gym rat and never gave myself time to recover. It was amazing when I actually went to working out three days a week, how fast and how strong I became when I was a teenager. But these days I'm way too sediment. And, you know, I did that death by exercise just because there's two extremes. And I just want to say that exercise has this place. And I am an advocate of exercise. I am also an advocate of using technologies to enhance and help with exercise. So now my life is much more full than it was when I was a teenager. So I don't have three, four, five hours a day to spend in the gym, even two or three days a week. I have much less time. And so I realize the importance of exercise. And I acknowledge that. And one of my favorite things to do is go for walks. I love going for walks, man. When my legs move, my brain just lets go of stuff. It's so amazing. I know that's not true for everybody. But for me, it is truly amazing. It is like my legs are like the processing wheels that you see on a computer screen. It's like processing, processing. When my legs are moving, my brain is processing and computing and really cleaning stuff up in there. And so exercise is so important. And so I do try to walk when I can. I don't get as much time because my ideal walk is probably about two hours. And that's a fair chunk of the day that I'm not always willing to give up, even though I have had to confess. Those of you that know that Adrian and I are able, through the cancer journey, to go see a counselor that isn't always related to cancer, had to confess that I'm going to be better at self-care. So part of that is allowing myself to go on walks and saying, I do have time to take care of myself. And some of you out there might as well need to say something similar. I encourage you to do that because your family and those that love you, your community, want you to stay healthy and continue to be a part of that. And part of that is, yes, Tom is saying this, you need exercise. Now don't kill yourself. What I'm going to tell you about is a very efficient means if you've been exposed to toxins, which we all have. So just raise your hands. If you're like me, you maybe have been exposed to more than some others just because of the industries that I've been in. And it's something that has been part of my regimen for a long time as just helping my body to detoxify. But if you've had a cancer journey, one of the fellows that developed the system that I use had his own cancer journey. And this is part of his restoration from it. But not only does it maximize the time that you spend exercising and just really increases the benefits of it. But it really is probably the best way to detox. And I don't necessarily totally understand the mechanism of action. And I probably should have looked into this more. I'm just, I got in my podcast studio and I'm just going. And so I just wanted to get this out there because I know many of you out there can do your own research. Just let me say that this process is one of the best for detoxifying and enhancing your exercise. And it is EWOT. It is E W O T is the abbreviation. And it is exercise with oxygen training. And so it is quite the setup. The EWOT system. And it really helps if you have like a stationary bike. It's probably one of the best ways to do it. Although you don't need that. We happen to have a Carroll AI bike. Which talk about exercise with efficiency. If you're not familiar with Carroll. Oh my gosh. Their technology in improving your VO2 max. With the hormetic dose. So not too much, not too little. Of exercise is amazing. And when you combine it with the EWOT system. Holy cow. Now the Carroll bike was a gift to our family from my daughter Elizabeth. And it is a great bike. And if you really want to maximize exercise. I know there are payment plans out there to get it. That make it affordable. That you can get it into your household. It is one of the best. Because you can use it for a hit. Rehit. All kinds. Just free ride. All kinds of things. And it's intelligent. It tracks it. It saves it in the cloud. You can go look at your stats. If you follow their protocol. I think right now I'm on an intermediate one. With like three 20 second sprints. With resting in between. Gosh just an amazing AI system. For increasing your VO2 max. But the exercise with oxygen. Is from a company called 1000 roads. And it is this huge. I don't think it's a Kevlar bank. But it's some really big bank. That is like as big as the biggest TV you can imagine. I don't know if it's six by five. And then when it fills up. It's like I don't know a foot. 16 inches thick. Like a massive thing that goes on a massive frame. And it comes with an oxygen concentrator. So you fill this thing up. And I think I have the 10. Oh what is it? Yeah 10 liters per minute model. It also comes with a 5 liter per minute model. But the bag is 900 liters. So you know you can do the math. If you have the 10 liters per minute. It's going to take you 90 minutes. An hour and a half to fill it. So you fill this bag up with 92 percent. Concentrated oxygen. 900 liters of it. So if you have the 5 liter per minute. It takes twice as long. You fill that up. You put this oxygen mask on. That seals around your head. And I'll just disclaimer here. The first time I did it. It took me a while to figure out that dang oxygen mask. And I have been a professional painter. I put a lot of mask on. And this thing is not that intuitive. I think there could be some improvements. But once you get it on. It is effective. And it has like a two-way valve. Like where you breathe in. And so the design is that you hook. That 900 liters of oxygen. There's a tube coming from that bag. That hooks into this respirator. And then you have an exhale valve. So you inhale oxygen. You exhale the CO2. And so you exercise realistically 15 minutes. And they want you to have your heart rate up moderately. But one of the things I love about this company. Is like you are going to get a benefit. Even if you don't get it perfect. And nobody gets it perfect when you start. And I have to admit. That the setup is a little difficult. Like if you're not used to that kind of stuff. And it's kind of clunky. And first time I did it. It was like oh my gosh. You know I got all hooked up. I forgot to turn on the carol bike. And I'm not exercising. I'm breathing it in. And I'm just like. And you know all these things. It's like I don't think I'm doing it right. If you're doing it. You're doing it right. Okay. Just relax. If you're doing it. You're doing it right. Now you can improve. Which I did. But after the first time I did it. With that 92% oxygen. And I did. I believe it's 11 minutes on the carol bike. Where you do three 20 second. Like all dead out. Like you're giving it every freaking thing you got. For I think it's actually 23 seconds. Because they have you start three seconds early. So a 23 second sprint. Dead out. And like to the point where you're just like. You know. You really. You've expended. Your heart rate's up there. You know. You're not necessarily redlining. But you're up there. And you're sucking in. And then you have a rest period. And so you do three of those. And after I got done with that. I felt amazing. That 92% oxygen. And I added like another five minutes on the end. Like a free ride. Just to try to get me to that 15 minutes. So I sucked. You know. I was sucking the oxygen until there weren't any more in the bag. And then you're doing CO2 deprivation training. Which if you're not wanting to do that. Don't do it. Because you've got to kind of plan for that. You know. That's a whole other ball of wax. One of the things that the Thousand Roads says. Is just don't overdo it. You know. I'm like. This felt great. And so the next day I did it again. And you know they're recommending three. Maybe four times a week. Well let me tell you. After day two that next day. The detox process was full on. And I felt like shit. Like holy crap. This detox thing is serious business. That's why they tell you to take it slow. I'm a man. So instructions. You know. Not true. I am so much better at instructions. And so after day two. And I felt like crap. I was like. Oh yeah. This is for real. My body is seriously detoxing. So things that help me. When that process is going on. Ozonated water. If you don't have a machine that makes ozonated water. I got mine off Amazon. Wasn't that expensive. Like I think under $70. Maybe $69, $59. I use it to ozonate cars when they're stinky. And then I use the water feature in the house. Great little machine. Makes a huge difference. Like drinking a glass or two of ozonated water a day. Is amazing for me. So as you're doing this EWOD training. And your body is taking that 92% oxygen in. And detoxing. Because you're doing it during exercise. Which intensifies it. Yeah. Some ozonated water. If we have some. Left from Adrian's cancer journey. Of deuterium depleted water. And if you have no idea what that is. There's a lot of controversy around it. All I can tell you are a couple things. It is so expensive. So expensive. It is also the best tasting water I've ever had in my life. It is amazing. And if you do drink it. You can feel the difference. It does make you feel better. And the whole idea is that. We're all under a heavy deuterium load. Because it's in our food. It's in our water. And deuterium depleted water. Has very little. So as we drink that. It decreases our overall load. And so there is some relief from that. I have found that. To also be very effective. And I also have found methylene blue. To be very effective. But if you're going to take methylene blue. Put a little absorbic acid in it. Then it won't turn your mouth and tongue. A funky color. And I found. Like a quarter teaspoon. Because absorbic acid has its own strong flavor. Which is in my opinion. Not great. So a quarter teaspoon. Stir it in. And let it sit for a while. And you'll see the glass lighten up considerably. And it's a good time to drink it. And just be prepared for green pee. Because that's just part of it. But that's also something. As you're adopting this EWOT training. That I found really effective. And as I do the EWOT training. I can still. I have these aftershock headphones. That really vibrate into your jaw. And they work really well. With the EWOT training. Because the oxygen mask goes over. They fit on well. So when I'm doing the training. I also can listen to a story. Which is when you're on those. 20 second sprints. Which don't seem like a lot. But if you haven't done it. Because you're supposed to be giving your all. You're supposed to be chased by a tiger. So you really got to engage your imagination. If you're there eating a bag of Doritos. To really engage your imagination. You would be like. Oh my gosh. There's a tiger. Chuck the bag across the room. And just start writing like crazy. For one. You shouldn't be eating Doritos. Because if you listen to my tasty episode. Man all those major companies. It's like you are. Well let's just put a shocker out there. You are eating other humans. Whether actually. Or the flavor was developed. Using cloned aborted fetuses. How do you feel about that? Oh my favorite flavor was developed. By a cloned aborted fetus. Huh. Say that. And then eat them. Okay. Gosh. What is wrong with us. If we're doing that. I've told people about that. They're like. I don't care. I like the flavor. And I was just like. Are we in the same. Like species race. Are you human. And you're okay. With your food being developed. By other human beings. Not good. Anyway. Tom digresses. If you're interested. That probably is my most. Downloaded episode. And I will hit it again. Because there are. More things that you should know. But. If you're interested. I believe the Ewad training. For the. 10. Liters per minute. Probably. Close to two grand. And the carol bike. I'm thinking is. Oh I haven't looked at it. I didn't actually buy it. But I think around. 2500. So. Five. K. Ish. And four and a half. Five K. And. You can. I think. Do that. Cheaper. By getting the five liter. Per minute. But. Can transform. Your life. And what do you spend. On gym memberships. It's. I think. I had done. A podcast. On this. Band system. That I love. And. And maybe I'll revisit. That one too. Because that's. Also. Suitable. For. Affordable. You can begin. To maximize. Your. Exercising. Routine. And. Save a lot of time. Maybe spend some money. Up front. But. Kind of realize. Especially if you're in a family. You're not the only one. That's going to use it. There are going to be other people. That benefit. And. If you're my age. And you're getting older. Gosh. You got to take care of yourself. And. Maybe you haven't invested. A lot of money. It's time. To start doing that. And you don't have a lot of time. And. You don't necessarily. Like exercising. Well. Maximize it. Maybe got more money. Than you do. Then you want to put effort. Into. So. Go spend some. On yourself. To be well. Anyway. My friends. I'm going to wrap this up. That is. Exercise. With oxygen training. It is amazing. Every time I do it. I feel great. Sometimes. Depending on. The toxic load. The next couple days. Can be rough. But. Give you some things. That can help mitigate that. And. As always. Hey. I got you. I do. I got you. So. Recorded that last episode. I forgot to put the exit music in. We've got to have exit music. So I'm going to do that. So here we go. Yeah. We got the exit music. Okay. Finally. Hey. Hey. Oh yeah. See you later.
