We start off with a rant about the current story taking the animal world by storm, about a supposed ray that got impregnated by a shark. Hear all my thoughts about it right at the top of the Zoo News section, but spoiler alert: it didn't.
We then get back on track with our births and deaths, featuring way more than usual!
We then move on to our other Zoo News stories, including zoo ticket scams online, a huge expansion at the Denver Zoo, an amazing rehab story from our friends at VINS, another problematic name change, this time at the Sacramento Zoo, and more!
In Other News, we talk about a snapping turtle, dispel an old myth (to me, anyway), and discuss the biggest sporting event of the previous week: the Puppy Bowl!
