"Hello Friends" are the words I start every sermon message. Because I am talking to friends about my friend Jesus Christ. Most of my episodes will be from the sermon I preached but from time to time will have a guest on and have a discussion over a beverage. I lived in Iowa my entire life. I am a Pastor, husband, Dad, Grandpa, friend and brother. I love Jesus, beer, conversation and spending time with friends. This is a message I shared at Timothy Lutheran Church on Sunday March 23, 2025 from 1st Corinthians 10:1-13. The most misquoted verse in the Bible is 1st Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
