Show Notes

Welcome!

Tonight we have a spectacular guest, Dr. Aaron Dominguez, Ed. D.  He is a premiere educational leader in Houston, Texas.  Aaron comes to us with a wonderful story of his upbringing, his family, and the life lessons his father taught him.

Now, at the age of 42, Aaron is the father of two amazing boys, married to an amazing wife, and is credited with turning around and finding excellence for one of the most challenged school systems in Texas.  Listen in to hear his pearls on leadership and some of his personal pitfalls as we think his story and his sage advice can offer benefit to you and your own story.

Looking inward is tough.  It requires courage to identify our own weaknesses, and then more courage to pick up the pieces and move forward successfully.  We welcome you all to this amazing discussion tonight.
