Show Notes

Can you overcome the obstacle of your mind?

What is your physical and mental limit? Can your mind delete any physical pain if you learn how to put mind over body?

Have you ever experienced it, and how did you know you had nothing left?

Tonight Cullen and Raj will discuss their much awaited trip to the Grand Canyon.  They embark on the one-day RIM-2-RIM hike that took them down 5700 ft and then up 4500 feet over 50 degrees of temperature variation and across all sorts of challenging terrain - all over 23 miles.

They discuss the motives for a friendship challenge like this and what it means for the friendship and for personal achievement, introspection, and self worth.  Raj talks about the 100 emotions one experiences on the hike and also about some friends that pushed their RIM2RIM hike to the brink of medical catastrophe.

The intro and exit music of our podcast is written and performed by Cullen Kehoe.
