Nongcebo Vukile McKenzie

Nongcebo Vukile McKenzie is an experienced radio presenter with 20 years’ experience in content production, content curation, and on-air execution in Commercial and Public Services Broadcast Radio. Her experience in broadcasting was honed on the African continent's biggest radio station, Ukhozi FM where she hosted and produced various shows between 2007 and 2024.

Amongst other shows, including Ukhozi FM’s breakfast show and a Sunday Music show, Nongcebo McKenzie hosted the flagship Ukhozi FM talk show, Sithakela Isizwe / Ubusuku Obuhle, for 11 years. The show covered a range of topics, from civic education issues and government communication campaigns to health, finance, and economics.

Nongcebo is also a highly experienced facilitator/moderator, guiding discussions at conferences and panel discussions at both a local and international level. Nongcebo has also managed, produced and hosted Nongcebo McKenzie: The Podcast since 2021.
