Often we think of the New Testament—and specifically, the four gospels—when we are in the Christmas season. But did you know that the birth of the Messiah was proclaimed long before? The Old Testament is full of promises and prophecies concerning the coming of the Messiah. A good question to ask would be, What did the Old Testament saints think of the coming of the Messiah?
