Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive. with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books, I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near death and thus record it, for all those who are searching for something more, for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth. And it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge with you in this way as a supplement to my books. This season I am dedicating myself to my very first work, The Basics of Being. I wish you many wonderful insights on your path. Thank you. Love. All energy is in motion. It is the movement. This movement is the engine behind the creation of all matter. Therefore, in all forms of expression of matter, all energy is always in flux. I call it the flow of life. This image helps us understand why things are as they are and why they appear as they do. A river always has a certain direction. It has different depths. It encounters obstacles such as rapids, mountains or waterfalls. But it would never stop flowing if the source were to dry up. In keeping with the law of correspondence, as above, so below, energies are also in a perpetual state of flux. The energy flow is incessant and permeates all energy zones, the coarse material zones of the lower frequency ranges and the fine material zones of the higher swinging frequency ranges. We are all embedded in this river of life. It is around us and it is in us. It connects everything with everything. It is this eternal connection. It knows no beginning and no end. It is the eternal communication because it reveals the eternal connection. It is the connecting energy between the planes and the beings. And it is the connection of all this with the origin, the so-called source, which I will discuss in more detail later. Just as this source and the movement of energies out of it and back to it is the engine behind all being, so the flow of energies of life is the engine behind the law of vibrations. Since the flow works through all frequency ranges, it has different forms of expression of its effectiveness at the different levels. In the subtle cosmos, it connects all spiritual and subtle things by letting all energies that have moved out of the center flow back to it. In the course This material, this energy permeates all life, every cell, every plant, and every animal. There are many terms for it. Some know it as chi, others as prana, and still others call it something completely different. But behind all this diversity of terms lies exactly this driving force of the river. The flow of energy is the connection that mysteriously holds matter together. It is the direction of the movement of energies from the center outwards and back. The flow is eternal. It does not cease to exist. So it is also present in the course material matter. But it shows itself differently here. It sets the direction of die and become. It monitors and coordinates that everything withered blooms again and everything blooming once fades. It is the cycle of being which flows on and on as if by magic. But it is precisely this magic hand that is the spiritual cosmos, which has an effect on the material cosmos. The interface between the subtle energies and the possibilities of their expression in matter is, how could it be otherwise? Our gate. Here too, the gate for the flow of life is our heart. On the one hand, all our cells, but also our subtle parts, are integrated into the flow of life. On the other hand, the heart is the organ with which we can receive impulses from the subtle planes. Therefore, the heart is the organ with which you can see when the directions in the flow of life need to be corrected or when resistance occurs. When the heart is wide open, the flow of life consciously flows through you, and that allows you to work even more authentically and, above all, more harmoniously with it in the material world. The natural laws in the coarse material world, as well as the energy laws behind them, are the channels that control the flow of life, and our free will can decide how it moves in this flow. how it moves us in this flow. Space and time prevail at our level of gross materiality. Here they create the direction and speed at which the river flows. This means that humans have no influence whatsoever on these components. Time is not reversible at this level. Just a space in which the river unfolds cannot be changed. This insight into the forms and limits of this world could create a feeling of powerlessness, but you decide how you grow in this space and time. Man is the rower on the river of life, each with his or her own potential and possibilities, but it is important to become aware of the potential. of the backpack of your tools, and then the staggering between the natural forces of the river becomes active engagement. You steer your boat, only you, with every single decision. You are called upon to recognize and use the opportunities and resistances of the river. Rapids, waterfalls, storms, and stones in the river therefore call on you above all to steer and act vigilantly, carefully and consciously, with your rowing boat. Being with the river means being in it and not against it, to make use of it and not to be used by it. The crucial message arises from precisely this inevitability because the only thing that remains at the end of the long list of circumstances, influences, dependencies, and perceived powerlessness is the preciousness of each and every moment. I want to draw your attention to where you will no longer despair of these circumstances, namely here, in this moment, in the now. Because when you can give yourself fully to the moment, your despair over life inevitably ends, and a whole new, much deeper and more beautiful world of experience reveals itself to you. This willingness for the now changes everything, but above all it changes the perspectives of your full potential. Your life is a sequence of countless moments that you alone create in interaction with the cosmic laws, such as the flow of energies. These moments are your treasure of life. They are everything you collect on this journey. The soul does not take a single piece of matter with it when you leave this world, but it takes suitcases full of memories of people, experiences, insights, and realizations. That is why it is important now here and today, that you understand. You cannot get back a single moment in your life. When you realize how unchangeable the past is, you immediately begin to shape the future. And you are the source of inspiration between these two poles. Now, now, now, in this moment. Here, in this moment, you can experience the miracle of being. Every day, every second, always. then you transform the struggle of life into a game of being and experience the moment the now as the most divine richest and most beautiful gift then you experience the fact that you are now allowed to be as an accumulation of these gifts and thus as the most precious thing there can be in terms of experiences please don't let a moment in your life just pass by you can never get it back never again If you want to say something to someone, don't hesitate for a second to do it. Because tomorrow it may be that this person is no longer around and you will no longer have the chance to do it. Never again. If you want to say something, say it now. If you want to do something you've always wanted to do, do it now. You don't know what tomorrow will bring. So let's summarise. Potential is the possibility of the power within you. Recognize who you are and you will recognize your potential. Promote it, love it, use it. Recognize the laws of the cosmos.
