Conversations with the universe - Spirituality, consciousness, worldly wisdoms

The basics of being – intention/purpose

Sylvia Leifheit Season 6 Episode 34

What happens when a near-death experience fundamentally alters your perception of reality? In this deeply insightful episode of Conversations with the Universe, I share how my brush with death heightened my senses and transformed my understanding of human existence on Earth.

At the heart of this exploration lies a profound truth: consciousness is malleable, shapeable, and can become our most powerful tool. Just as Einstein discovered that focused attention on one phenomenon reveals thousands more, our consciousness expands through deliberate practice. I offer a compelling metaphor—examining a rock with increasingly sophisticated microscopes—to demonstrate how perception, rather than reality itself, transforms through different tools of awareness.

The most revolutionary insight may be this: your inner attitude creates the illusion of the external world, not vice versa. By changing your perception, your experiences transform while the cosmos remains unchanged. This understanding initiates a beautiful journey of self-discovery, where focusing on one aspect of reality brings you to thresholds requiring openness, providing new perceptual tools that develop with attention. Like training a muscle, your consciousness grows stronger and more flexible, allowing you to ascend to higher energy levels and live in greater harmony with the flow of being. Speaker 1:

Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive with all our known senses, I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near death and thus recorded For all those who are searching for something more for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth, and it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge with you in this way as a supplement to my books. This season, I'm dedicating myself to my very first work, the Basics of being. I wish you many wonderful insights on your path. Thank you, love.

Speaker 2:

I invite you to join us and connect with me there. Feel free to look around, find lots of podcasts, events, healers, but, above all, lots of inspiration to grow. It's free. But now let's start with today's episode.

Speaker 2:

Consciousness can be shaped. Einstein once said. Every day I am amazed more and more because he too recognized that through concentration, ie the targeted exploration of a phenomenon, thousands of other unexplored phenomena were revealed to him. Similar to what I explained in the chapter the Foundation of being, I would like to briefly outline once again how consciousness can become our tool. Imagine you want to investigate the properties of a specific material. Let's take a rock as an example.

Speaker 2:

With the naked eye, you will be able to conduct many experiments and document your findings. But there are limits to what you can see and you want to delve deeper into the matter of the rock. To do this, you use a microscope. Your curiosity is still not satisfied and you want to learn more about the structure of the rock. You reach for an electron microscope. This tool allows you to gain completely different, unexpected insights On this path of discovery. Only the tool has changed, but the rock is still the same. Only you, your perception, your view of it have changed.

Speaker 2:

And so it is a principle of consciousness that the tools of the body in which consciousness wants to unfold are decisive for the perception of the cosmos and all being. If you change your perception, your experiences change, but the cosmos always remains the same. Your inner attitude creates the illusion of the external, not the external creates your attitude. Focusing on one thing will lead your consciousness to a point where you are called upon to open yourself, and this opening will give you new tools. These, in turn, will require you to focus on them in order to expand yourself once again.

Speaker 2:

This process is motivated by your intention. You will be led again and again to individual points that repeatedly require you to reformulate your intention. In the process, you become more flexible in your tool, consciousness, and this flexibility enables you to act more in tune with the flow of being. As a result, you gain strength and, at the same time, greater awareness. In this way, your consciousness muscle is trained more and you slowly but steadily ascend in your consciousness to other energy levels. A beautiful journey begins, the journey to yourself, and I would like to remind you to join our community spine. We are a community that wants to help you live a healthier life, practice your spirituality and expand your consciousness.
