Conversations with the universe - Spirituality, consciousness, worldly wisdoms
In 2002 I had a near-death experience. I was never religious or spiritual, but that moment changed my whole life. I saw what our normal eyes cannot see. I felt the cosmos as you cannot feel it when you are in your body. And that was the impetus for a beautiful journey to myself. I have researched, I have learned, I have tried and I have experienced many exciting things. And, I have begun to train my perception so that I can experience again and again what I experienced in near-death. This approach has become the key to my work, and from it books, podcasts and lectures have emerged. Follow me to yourself.

The basics of being - Know yourself - The key to silence
Dear human being, beloved soul, I welcome you to my podcast series, Conversations with the Universe. After a near-death experience, my perception of our human existence changed profoundly. I became more sensitive with all our known senses. I feel more intensely, see people with different eyes, and often take a different perspective on life and our challenges. In my books, I share these altered perspectives and all the knowledge that has flowed through me since my near death and thus record it. For all those who are searching for something more, for the meaning of our existence here on Mother Earth. And it is now a great pleasure for me to share this knowledge with you in this way as a supplement to my books. This season I'm dedicating myself to my very first work, The Basics of Being. I wish you many wonderful insights on your path. Thank you. Love. First, a quick note about my network, Spine. This is short for the spiritual network, and is the first global social media network for holistic knowledge, awareness, spirituality, and above all, a bridge between providers and seekers. I invite you to join us and connect with me there. Feel free to look around, find lots of podcasts, events, healers, but above all, lots of inspiration to grow. It's free. But now let's start with today's episode. Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror for a long time and asked yourself, who am I? Who am I really? Why am I here? What is the meaning of my life? The frightening truth is that very few people ever ask themselves such questions. I would like to differentiate here because there is a world of difference between asking yourself this question casually every now and then and asking yourself this question consciously. Unfortunately, it is even possible to stand in front of the mirror, look deep into your eyes, and still see nothing. As always, even this act is a question of consciousness. You can do anything on this planet and at the same time create nothing. You can want anything and achieve nothing. It is your consciousness that decides how you do something, and that is therefore decisive for what you achieve. Gross matter is the place of our creation, so you are called upon to become the creator that you can be here. But knowing what you are means first of all, recognizing yourself in your full potential. To recognize yourself, you need a moment of silence, a pause. For only when you manage, even if only for a brief moment, to step out of the wheel of obligations, tasks, fear, and responsibility, is it possible to truly encounter yourself. Only then is it possible for your soul, your truest inner self, to have the space and thus the opportunity to recognize itself. When I witness something like this, it is as if I am watching a person being reborn. For most people, these moments are accompanied by many tears, but that is not a bad thing. It is incredibly beautiful, for every tear is like a heavy stone that dissolves and then leaves your body through the gate of the soul. And what remains is a feeling of freedom. Some people think it is an inner emptiness that overtakes them, but it is exactly the opposite. It is not emptiness that you think you see, feel, or sense there. It is a space that is even bigger than anything you can imagine, and this space is there for you to unfold in. Finally. After so long. It is almost too late, perhaps. Of course, most people perceive silence as an absence of action, of liveliness. But that is only because they have never learned to listen to silence. The day you stop looking outward and instead find the courage and determination to listen to this silence is the beginning of your true existence. It is the day of the wedding between your ego and your soul, between spirit and matter, between God and animal. It is the day when what was previously separate grows together again. It is the day when you become whole, when you decide against forgetting and for remembering. This day, this moment, can be the point of return, the furthest point of your ego consciousness, where the longing for the balance of the source drives you back to your soul, home, and you should celebrate this day appropriately. It will change your whole life forever, and with it your whole being. Finally. A person who suddenly questions what they are doing and why they are doing it will immediately start to act differently, decide differently, be differently. Like all first steps, learning to reflect is one of the most difficult. It may happen that looking down on everything that has happened, been experienced and created, reveals a very bitter truth. The truth that you have been living in an illusion, in a lie, that you have arranged things to suit yourself, that you have talked yourself into experiences that have not done you any good. You have convinced yourself that you are happy, and yet you are not. Unfortunately, this is the case in most instances. But like a steel shell, fate tests you in these moments to see if you are truly ready for yourself. Again and again, your deepest inner self is asked if you really want to go down this path. Why is that? I have two answers to that question. Whenever the first light shines into a dark room, it appears to us in its full magnitude. Far removed from the state of the source, being is dark, slow, and rigid. When the soul reaches the outer limits of powerlessness and manages to make the decisive turn and move on, everything that has been, lived, and done so far appears in a different light, making it clearer how unconsciously you have lived your life up to now. Suddenly, through the initial real perception of unconsciousness, the dark, unconscious, seems even greater, even stronger than ever before. But it only does so because you are really looking at it for the first time, for the first time, because you are looking differently. That is why I ask you to walk through this shadow, and soon the whole room will be filled with joy and happiness. The other answer to the question of whether you really want to walk this path relates to your will. As in any testing process, the law of resistance requires that you ask yourself whether your system, your innermost self, your forgotten self, has enough willpower to truly walk this path, because it will demand everything you possess. There are many books with numerous explanations of what meditation actually is. For me, it has always been about switching off all external stimuli and deciding, no matter for how long, to no longer give space to thoughts. Because thoughts can occupy our minds so much that we no longer hear the signals, the impulses, the voice of the God within us, and thus completely forget the connection with our soul's home. Especially in these times, when all we have to do is turn on the radio or television and millions of pieces of terrifying information come flooding in. Our minds are kept in check by all these terrible images and floods of information. But we are more than just this mind that is constantly occupied with thinking. You know that. Therefore, it is a basic requirement to overcome thoughts in order to make the body the instrument of connection that it is. To help you put into practice how to not give your thoughts any space so that they no longer control you, but you control them, I like to work with the following little image. Imagine you are sitting in a room that you have created in your mind. This room can be as big as the room you are actually in with your body right now. Now decide and formulate very clearly within yourself that not a single thought is allowed to enter this room. As soon as you feel a thought coming towards you again, send it away from this room. After some practice, you will not only get a feel for directing your thoughts, but you will also learn to sense and feel the room. Yes, it is possible to sense a space with your mind. You can recognize many other qualities with your consciousness. In the future, this practice can be very helpful when your mind travels through different spaces and levels, because as always, it helps to know where you are. You will be surprised how difficult it is to be thoughtless for just one minute in your entire life. First, try to experience this state for one minute. However, your goal should be at least five minutes, because only then will your body be so perfectly calm that you can recognize the signs, the calls, and the paths within yourself and thus find yourself. Of course, it is possible that some meditators will receive many impressions and images from within themselves after just one minute, but most people need a little more time. In any case, as soon as images or feelings arise within you, you are on the right path. Trust these images. Trust these feelings. Do not judge what you see, but trust that there is a reason, a meaning for these images to appear within you now. They are the key to yourself. Through introspection, you can learn how the land of me is structured and where your boundaries lie. But above all, you can learn why you are here. Every person who engages in this introspection reaches a point where they know what their gifts, talents, and possibilities are. You know your backpack, so you know your potential. And when you become aware of all this, you will either experience how an idea or a feeling inspires your thoughts. That is where creativity begins, and that is the source of abundance within you. In this way, you can only become happier and happier. Your body is the key to your soul. It is home to the soul, parts of your mother's soul, and it is the house with which it can gather experiences of the emotional world in gross matter in order to experience the whole of being. At the same time, the body is the vessel through which you can establish contact with your soul home, and it is the tool with which you can transform energetic impulses into gross matter and thereby shape your consciousness. Energy is information. It functions like a hard drive on which emotions, impressions, feelings, and thoughts are stored as patterns, behavioral structures, and character traits. The way you walk, your posture, the way you gesticulate, all such forms of expression are shaped by the interplay of the impulses coming from within you and those reaching you. As you know, energy units are information stores. You are such an energy, and your entire body has this form and these tools due to the laws already described. Your creative power enables your energy to constantly create energy fields in the form of thoughts, experiences, and memories. At the same time, your energy stores everything you have experienced. This happens on the one hand through your physical body, but also through what are known as energy bodies. You have learned that all energy worlds overlap and exist simultaneously, and you know that we are both animal and God in one. Thus, your existence does not end with the limits of your body, but the God within you, the energy, possesses energy bodies. These energy bodies surround you, they are part of you, but above all part of your energy, which is who you are. These are often referred to in their entirety as the aura. A person's energy body can store spiritual information and impulses. The normal human body stores experiences on the gross material level via its cells. Cells consist of a lot of water. I would also like to remind you of the research on water crystals. They also store the information they receive and react to it. The basis of the quality of all storage and creative powers is purity. Our organic storage medium is our body, and it must be healthy so that it does not interfere with perception. The form determines the impurity, and here, in gross matter, the bodies are in the potential of the greatest impurity and at the same time the potential of the greatest purification. Here, consciousness has the opportunity to expand in all directions, or to contract. Consciousness is energy. Energy is power. If your power is weakened, you cannot become aware of yourself and your connection, let alone maintain it. The liquid in a vessel can only be seen clearly and distinctly if the vessel is pure and clear. The same is true of consciousness and your body. The purer your body, the clearer your perception. The cleaner the filter, the stronger the energy flow. The better the radio station is tuned, the better the reception. And the better the reception, the louder and clearer the messages can be understood. In order for your body to become your tool as powerfully as possible, it must be pure. The impressions and experiences of life affect the body and the energy body like programming. It is therefore necessary to remove negative programming from this body in order to regain the state of a neutral field that is strong and unaffected, that can send and receive. Awareness is only possible when you are powerful, so making your body healthy and strong is a big and very important part of this key to self-discovery. This is the most important foundation for continuing on the path to yourself. Without this healing of the body as a tool, you cannot truly apply any other key and use it to its full potential. The Bible and all known religions often speak of contamination and that certain things or even deeds contaminate people. Washing, penance, confession, and purification rituals are performed to cleanse the body. The church has invented the concept of sin from this possibility of defilement in order to keep people in the low frequency range of fear and to control them. But as is so often the case, this is one of the many misinterpretations and perversions of the religions of our world, and in particular the church. Observe how your perception changes when you are ill or under the influence of certain drugs. The condition of your body determines how it receives signals from the outside world, and your consciousness is directly linked to this receptivity. The clearer you are, the clearer your understanding of these signals will be. The more clouded, influenced, weakened, and unhealthy your body is, the more clouded, weakened, and disturbed your consciousness is. The purity that the body needs to receive the spiritual impulses of home, of the God within you, cannot be washed, confessed, or achieved through other forms of ritual. The true purity of your spirit begins with the purity of your energy body, but that is part of your organic body. Thus, they are both interacting energy systems, and the purity of both is necessary to be completely pure. Body awareness, thought awareness, and nutritional awareness, for example, are good tools for promoting the body to its full potential, and thus strengthening the channel. If this channel is healthy, it is strengthened. If it is strengthened, the energies of the flow of life flow more strongly, and the creative power within you can unfold fully. But before all this, your body must be well prepared. If the body is pure, the filter is pure, and if it is pure, the impressions are clearer for you to recognize. To summarize, it is essential that you apply sufficient self-discipline in the course of your self-reflection to create and maintain the purity of your receiver and transmitter. This will allow you to become aware of the connection with your higher self in an undisturbed and powerful way, and to live this connection creatively. Know yourself, then you will know me.
